The wife and I ate dinner here today, after seeing the “reclame the flame” campaign. Everything was as promised. The employees at this location are very nice and professional. The recipe update with better ingredients hit the spot, it’s delicious.

The food is fine for a fast food restaurant, but the service and atmosphere was atrocious. The person helping us at the counter had an attitude and snapped at me when I tried to order applesauce with the kids meal because “we don’t have applesauce, I don’t know why it says it up there” but with attitude in her tone of voice. The menu stated we could get fries or applesauce, so I was just ordering what the menu said. If y’all don’t serve it, don’t advertise it. The final straw was that there was no changing table in the bathroom. There is a play area for kids, so clearly it’s kid-friendly, but I had to change my poor daughter on the bathroom floor. That is UNACCEPTABLE. Do better, burger king.

The kids love it here, it’s quiet and peaceful. The staff is quick, & friendly. The food is good. To top it off I spent only 7.30$ to feed 3 people. Using the BK app made it even faster as I placed the order in the car before picking it up. I didn’t even have to touch my wallet since the app saved my card info. ❤️

Whoever is running the drive through needs to get a new job.
I order my food and a drink with no ice.
I got to the window and she asked if I wanted ice, I politely said no.
Shes now pissed, throws the ice back in the ice cooler and makes my drink.
Then hands me my drink and says take it I don’t even care as I was holding out money to pay for my food and drink.
I wait for her to come back because I ordered food. She said “I didn’t hear what you ordered just a drink”
By then I just drove off. How ignorant.

Watched them give a guy 3 whopper sandwiches instead of chicken nuggets, then when my boyfriend orders a chocolate oreo milkshake and they hand him a vanilla. He asks for chocolate and the lady says to him “the oreos are chocolate” yes, but thats not the issue. He takes it and says “sorry I wanted a chocolate milkshake” and she starts talking crap like we arent standing right there. If you eat here order to opposite of what you want, that way you know you’ll get it. Backwards service.

Food was ok, but ordered a medium meal and got a small pop and a small fry. All but 2 or 3 fries were in the bottom of the bag, not even in the container. Person taking my order was hard to understand and short. Zero courtesy. The guy that received payment and gave me my food was even worse. Should not be in customer service!! Will not be back.

I hate being this person but I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Over the last 9 months I’ve been here multiple times and have always had a problem. It’s my fault for coming back and expecting anything different. I myself am a manager of a fast food restaurant and understand how hard it can be, especially on night shift. But I’m always stuck in the drivethru for at least of 20 minutes and the food is never fresh. They take and make orders 1 at a time and they don’t take the next order until they hand out the first one. I understand trying to make good times, but that is a little ridiculous. If I was getting fresh food I wouldn’t be upset about the wait, but it’s not fresh. It is very clearly past its hold time. The attitude of the employees is almost always negative and full of attitude. Tonight was not the case in that aspect. But, I waited in line for 20 minutes to be asked to hold when I got to the speaker and waited another 10 minutes on top of that before I ended up having to just leave because I have to open my own store in the morning and I wasn’t expecting to wait 30 minutes and still not get my food. Like I said, I hate being the type of person to complain, but when this has happened multiple times it’s hard not to. Especially when I was charged for the order and requesting a refund is like pulling teeth.
