We stopped while traveling. Probably the best veggie enchiladas I’ve ever had (ordered 1 of each veg enchilada). The veggies were small chopped so every bit was flavorful instead of single bites of squash or zucchini My daughter ordered all cheese enchiladas. They were nicely filled and they were great. Their rice and beans were also tasty. The chips were heavy but the salsa wasn’t hot but was thick and delicious. Service was quick and patient with our questions.

If you are looking for an authentic Mexican Cantina, Fiesta Cozumel embraces just that! They have daily specials and a taco Tuesday deal as well. The food is homemade and delicious. Find Lupe at the bar and he will fix you right up with a humble smile and great service. Please don’t be fooled by the quaint, in town location. It’s not a huge Mexican restaurant, but it has plenty of seating and a good bar as well.

No longer my “go to” Mexican restaurant. The borrcho beans were nothing but broth, raw bacon and NO beans. According to the new manager, the Pink Senorita Margarita and the Luguna Azul Margarita are NOT margaritas, even though they are listed as such on the menu and I have ordered them multiple times over the years. Whatever those drinks were, they were not good. Our server was great, the new manager could use some training before training staff. I will not be back.

Fiesta Cozumel is terrifically priced and they “get you” when it comes to doling out salsa. Two people at your table? Two salsa bowls for you! Mexican Food = taste of home. Taco plate special was $7 something for dinner – unheard of in other states. If rolling through Stroud, stop by Fiesta Cozumel!

Stopped in for lunch while traveling through. I ordered the fajita lunch special, it was delicious. Some of the best fajitas I’ve ever had! The food was out very quick, McKayla (the hostess/waitress) was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back next time in in the area . 10/10 recommend!
