Shift manger was very rude, unfriendly, and not nice.
I waited for them to open at ten o’clock well ten o’clock came I waited until ten fifteen to go in not to buy chicken but to order chicken for a church event.
The shift manager was unconcerned and showed her disdainment.But practically ignored me. Being like that cause the business to miss out on a big order. I’m over it now, but they got to do better!

Got a box of chicken today(12/7/25) around 2pm. One of the pieces had a long hair cooked into it. My camera quality is bad. I didnt eat that piece but the Chicken was good.

So I ordered the “Texas Spicy Chicken dinner” I made it a combo and asked for the two pieces of chicken offered to be white meat. Although I received two pieces of chicken, they were almost unidentifiable as to what they were. After dissecting them a bit, I found that it was a breast wing quarter or at least a piece of a quarter. It is the section of the breast, if you cut the “chicken tender” off including a portion of the rest of the breast you are left with the wing and small portion of the breast, basically the boniest part of what is remaining. So for the price I paid for “white meat” which is at a premium I got two wings and two quarters of a breast. Instead of a whole breast and a wing like pretty much everyone else does which I should add would be considered an industry standard. So in my opinion this was substandard. It also definitely was not spicy. Unless they think the jalapeño that I didn’t get was supposed to be the spicy part. The biscuit was very good as was the jalapeño I had to go back inside for, and the Mac n cheese was better than most fast food Mac n cheeses are. Even the sweet tea was pretty good. But to be disappointed in the chicken I got from a “chicken” joint is a party foul for me.

This location is disgusting. Its like there is no cleaning done ever. The ceiling has visible dirt, the walls are dirty and the floors are dirty. My visit on 6/14/2023 was horrible and I was overcharged by Esmeralda who claimed that I should have told her the price of item that was including on the special of the day. No refund was offered either. She needs training and the whole building needs a deep cleaning. Just nasty. Someone will end up sick one of these days. Biscuits looks like someone ate it. Only positive is that it was warm smh She did give me extra napkins out of guilt too

Horrible service. Staff is not just rude but also verbally abusive to delivery drivers. The inside of the store smells like rancid grease. It’s dirty, has a cluttered kitchen, understaffed, and equipment isn’t properly maintained. There are better places in town to eat fried chicken.
