Pizza is always fresh, staff is friendly, and they run great deals. Trevor and Todd are awesome drivers, but to be fair their entire staff are really nice. It’s obvious Domino’s is stepping up their game, but the Gay St location should be used for training. No one is prefect and they will make mistakes, but when they do they go above and beyond to fix it. They are a go to for dinner, especially after a long day.

I’m sorry usually when I order from here, their food is decent. But I just ordered here, and there was hardly no cheese on the pizza.I said light sauce. There was a lot of sauce and little cheese. My chicken alfredo bowl had no cheese on it. Usually when I order that it has a bunch of cheese. The pizza was so soft.It felt doughy. It definitely was undercooked. I don’t know what happend but I spent $40.00 on stuff I can’t eat. I was very disappointed. I never write bad reviews on any fast food place but this was terrible.

Me and my wife have order from this location a few times and most of the time.e it’s ok but this time was horrible we placed our order at 525 pm it was to be picked up at 550 pm simple, 2 bacon, chicken ranch pizzas, one with double toppings.Both square cuts and cooked slightly well. Lol should be simple enough they wasted over 300 worth of pizza and im sure this store have a extremely high food cost because as we were there, waiting on our food, multiple other groups came back and returned their food.
We had to wave 2 and a 1/2 almost 3 hours while they messed up 6 different pizzas. And then made very rude remarks about customers and customer service in general and said people always want something for free and the young black girl with the 2 ponytails through our food on the counter and walked away didn’t say this is your order or anything to the point other customers were confused and thought it was there food and was opening our food and checking it the short white guy that had on the ball cap made lots of terrible comments about working in domino’s and they both were talking terrible about the new GM just not at all a good experience with you guys and hopefully not what domino’s wants for there future. Side not my last domino’s review was very positive and had over 100k views sorry I had to post negative this time

Every time I order from here it is just so subpar. I only asked for extra sauce, no sauce so pizza was dry. Toppings always skimpy and cuts way uneven. Once I tried to talk to manager and he tried to charge me to remake. I never even left with the pizza so why should I pay. Thought I’d give it another chance but this is definitely my last. I’d rather drive across country.

DO NOT order from this Dominos! We ordered a pizza online to be delivered to Hilton Downtown hotel and we never got it. The tracker showed it was delivered so I tried calling the store for over a half an hour but nobody would answer. DO NOT order from this store!

I have been to a few Domino’s in Columbus, and this store makes one of the best cheesy breads. I enjoy my Domino’s cheesy bread with their ranch sauce. Their pizza is good. They also sell salads and a few sweets that may compliment your choice of pizza. Nice and friendly staff. Limited parking out front and street parking available. Decent prices.
