Looks like they reopened after being closed for many months. I stopped by an hour before closing. There was a friendly gentleman and lady running the counter. The place was clean and the ambiance was great. If you like ice cream that isn’t overly sweet and has natural fruits incorporated, this is the place. They also sell popsicles and other snacks.

I took this photo 2 months ago and I’m pretty sure this place has been closed for 3 months now. I drive by at different times of the day and on different days and they are just straight up closed.
I see someone is replying to comments on reviews here saying they are open but uhhh no??? It’s not open. Which is very suspicious!!! Woodland location is for sure closed currently and has been for the past months. No idea what’s going on, but I’ll miss it! Hopefully a new owner comes and reopens

Stopped in tonight before the crowds got crazy. The decor is beautiful! Service is good and the desserts are tasty! Definitely going back once the crowds thin out.

Ordered a Strawberry drink and got a cup full of strawberries and less that half cup of drink, if I wanted strawberries, I would have went to the grocery store. The guy on the carts make it better then these guys, and this is supposed to be a professional business.

very poor customer service, came in at 9pm two ladies started cleaned cleaning instead of helping did NOT greet us at all and were just being very rude towards us no nothing. i get they want to go home but customer service and when recived the item rude. customer service has gone down hill.

It’s one of my favorite places. The fresas Con Crema have a hold on me. Go every time I can. Can anyone tell me when they will open back up? I’ve gone twice this week, and they are closed. Is there a new update of open business hours and days?

I’ve been a few times; now that the crazy crowds from opening aren’t as out of control it’s a much better experience. The food has always been incredible and the ice cream flavors are properly far from standard American fare (seriously, I don’t know how they get so much strawberry flavor in the strawberry ice cream.)
Still, try to avoid Friday/Saturday evening because wow, the line gets long.

Wasn’t open when they said they would be. I’d recommend calling but their phone is disconnected. This brand genuinely had good stuff for a reasonable price, but unfortunately not reliable business hours

Food and other things offered are amazing. Major issue is that the staff is extremely slow. You can be in line for up to an hour or more! By the time you are paying, your ice-cream may have halfway melted already.
Other than that, It is very well decorated for how small the place is. Sorry for any English mistakes.

Worst experience. Poor guest service and no sense of urgency. The lady was extremely rude. Told us where we were “supposed” to order but didn’t come up to us or greet us so we went to the front and ordered there. It is not our fault you were not paying attention. Pay attention to your guests instead of assuming and attacking someone with a bad attitude. Definitely will not be coming here again. Poor food quality my order took so long everything was melted and soggy.
