This Church’s Chicken is the best. Great customer service and such yummy food. The cole slaw and mashed potatoes were packed full in the containers. Chicken and biscuits were the bomb. We will be back. Thank you Tatyana and the rest of the staff, awesome job.

1st off was greeted as brother instead of sir by the manger 2nd the entire store was filthy all tables dirty floor dirty trash over flowing.
As far as the chicken It was ok clerk ran up the wrong stuff I ordered which cost more had to correct him.
My fresh order of fried okra was way over cooked and I ended up throwing it away cause I guess they don’t know the difference between perfectly cooked golden brown and Mexican brown ♂️

I’m usually pretty generous when it comes to reviews, but this place is the pits. I mean, holy crap. I have read some of the reviews, and I guess Todd had a different manager than I.
We just moved here, and the in-laws came in to help us unpack. They wanted something so we ordered online to pickup at 8:20pm. It said to pick up at 8:39pm, and it was relatively close.
Nothing big, 12 piece, then an 8 piece boneless wings with buffalo sauce, and a few sides. I arrived a minute or so before 8:39 and they didn’t even start my order. Didn’t even know I had placed one.
Should be easy, fried food right? No, they got everything ready relatively quickly beside the boneless wings which they started around 8:50. I know because they gave an eta of 9 more minutes. Even then, and I’m going to rant here.
I’m including a picture of my wings. I kid you not, the manager told his employee to cut the chicken tender in half with a plastic fork to make 8 boneless wings. I watched this, 7/29/25. They should post the security camera of this. Holy hell.
I asked the manager was he really going to give me cut chicken tenders with a knife and no sauce on them. Not even salt or pepper. He said it was hard, and he’s busy. He apologize for the wait, but OMG. Could not believe this.
This is an embarrassment, kind’ve like pooping your pants. You wish it never happens, but when it does. You kind’ve want to die inside. That’s what this place is. Do better guys, that’s bad.

Libby was clean and smelled like fresh chicken was cooked!
I was greeted with a smile and happy personality when I got to the counter to order.
My tenders were hot fresh and yummy.. the coleslaw was cold and not dry!
I definitely recommend stopping by and getting something good to eat here

They have a good value for the family sized meal. Ordered it with a large okra. We received the order with fries instead. I showed my receipt but the cook didn’t seem pleased. She said that I would have to wait. I told her that was fine as long as they could make it correct. While waiting we saw that most of the dining tables were dirty. Kitchen appeared clean however.

Wow. We’ve been jipped on the food we ordered. Our Mac and cheese and gravy were not filled all the way. Most church’s chicken I’ve been to fill the containers up, not 2/3 of the way, especially since we made a large family order, we get a small container of gravy and two honey mustard sauce packets. How does that accommodate everyone for a family meal?

Church’s Chicken needs Jesus. For $34, I received ten soggy, pale chicken tenders, a small handful of gray, stale french fries, NO dipping sauce (despite paying for it) and a drink with a piece of styrofoam floating in it. They also were completely out of sweet tea. Some of the worst and priciest fast food I’ve ever had. Complete and utter rip off.

I have never ordered here without them getting something simple wrong. Always have to check the back and tell them they forgot a major item. We ordered online at 12:10 today for a 12:30 pickup. The food was not ready. It is 12:50 and still no food.

First time eating at Church’s Texas Chicken. We placed an order online using the app. Easy peasy. Upon arriving at the drive through were advised there was at least a 20 minute wait. I said we had an online order. We were told to pull up. Our order was ready. Unfortunately when we got home, 5 minutes drive, we unpacked our orders of absolutely dry chicken tenders. All three orders were absolutely dry. The dogs finished these up. The honey biscuits were good! The mashed potatoes were also very good. The Mac and cheese was very mushy but not terrible. Unfortunately not a good first experience with this chain; may try a different location in the future.
