First visit to this Wendy’s in a long, long time. I got a $7 Biggie Bag which is a Bacon Stack. The 21 fries I got were not great, nor was the burger which did not have bacon on it and was sloppy. Coated with mayo and ketchup! The nuggets were pretty decent.

Waited 15 minutes without so much as an I’ll be with you in a moment from any of the staff. They were serving the drive-thru line without hesitation nobody was getting held up in the Drive-Thru line. I went in to get a big bacon classic meal with a lemonade for lunch. The guy on the register was new & had not been properly trained. He was doing his best so I give no fault to my experience to this young man. I was very patient & encouraging to him. He asked for help from his manager Melissa on several occasions & she finally came when he messed up the cash transaction on the register. When I got to my car I checked my food & saw no bacon on my burger. I go back in & she tells me she’ll remake the sandwich & then she said no I put bacon on that sandwich, so I look again & all I finally see under a mound of mayo & onions is 1 piece of bacon, so I say oh ok I see it now but it’s not much. She proceeds to catch an attitude & informs me there’s 3 pieces on there. I just walked back out. The lady in line behind me patted me on my shoulder because the disrespect from the manager Melissa was very uncalled for. I was very patient & nice to the young man on the register as he was trying to figure out how to get my food rung up because she had not properly trained him & I did not deserve the attitude I received from the manager. I had stopped going to this Wendy’s because on more than one occasion in the past I had paid with my card at the drive thru & had to ask for my card back so I started doing cash only here. No one from my household will be going back to this establishment after this experience with Melissa the hateful daytime manager.

Hours changed with no warning, i was still able to mobile order so had no clue they weren’t open. Sat in the drivethru for over 10 minutes at the speaker and an employee even looked directly at me while grabbing a headset yet couldn’t bother to pop on and tell me that hours had changed and they were closed. I had to call the store to find out what was going on

Unless you have 15-20 minutes to wait…DON’T USE THE DRIVE THRU. I keep falling for it. Worst drive thru in the County. LONG wait even with a mobile order.
(See Pic) No cheese, No tomatoes, No lettuce SAME PRICES and no notification on app. Another disappointment from this Wendys. So close to NEVER AGAIN, maybe I’m there . Drive thru is terrible. Don’t eat here often but everything in Stuart closes early. Just be prepared the drive thru takes 10 minutes minimum, sometimes longer, it’s been more than once for me, I finally had to change my review, it’s bad.

Slooooooooow as hell well if dining room is even open??? Cashier basically doing most of work waiting on 1 customer at a time start to finish don’t open dining room for breakfast or lunch lots of days if you can’t run it sell your franchise so maybe someone else will or turn it into a different place to eat I’m just so tired of going to Walmart and wanting to eat also! Yeah drive thru is open but I’m not eating in my damn car

It pains me to say it because this place USED to be good, but good Lord it’s just a joke now. The past 3 times I’ve been (over like a 4 month timeframe) have just been unmitigated disasters.
– Went there at like 2pm on a Saturday a few months back only to find out the dining room was closed. The customer standing outside had to tell me that. I did not waste my time at the drive through, I just went to our Subway, which is a good restaurant.
– Went there another time after that and ordered 2 burgers/fries combo at the drive through. They gave us 2 10 piece chicken nugget meals (weren’t even 10 pieces, more like 6). I didn’t feel like wasting my time with the people inside to make it right.
– Just went there tonight and was informed that they’re out of every meat besides chicken…as a burger place? That is literally a comedy skit, I couldn’t help but laugh as I took what might be the saddest excuse for a chicken sandwich I’ve seen. At least they were able to make a frosty somewhat appealing.
At this point just shut the store down and open something else. It’s clearly an issue that starts at the store, if not regional manager. Sad when you’re 1 of like 3 fast food places in a small town….but at least they had their Netflix Wednesday collab signs out lol

Where do I even begin….out of all sugar filled drinks, (last time they were out of ice). Trash and food all over the floor in the dining area, had to repeat our order twice to the person standing two foot from me because he wasn’t paying attention. No medium sized lids were reachable because they were put in the sleeve wrong, no napkins anywhere in sight, and cold fries….
No one seems to care about anything at this Wendy’s and clearly don’t mind letting customers hear them goof off and laughing in the kitchen when there’s a large line of cars in the drive through!
Almost slipped 3 separate times because the wet floor sign was everywhere BUT where the water was! And even after telling a worker there were no napkins and the medium lids for the cups were turned wrong, no one made an effort to come around and fix any of it. No cleaned any tables off after people left or swept the floor NOTHING!
There’s not many options in Stuart to eat but my family just lost one because we are not coming back!

I ordered 2 orders of 10 piece nuggets and was given 2 7 pieces. The food was cold. The worker had a nasty attitude. I would definitely not recommend going to this wendys. For the last 3 years this place has been awful. When is anyone going to get this place straightened up? Because at this point it just needs to be shut down. If you go inside to try and dine there’s nothing but flies. Shut it down. Put something else up and actually hire workers who take their job seriously. This place is disgusting
