I just went through your drive thru. For 1 the girl was not friendly at all. You can tell she didn’t even want to be there when taking my order. 2. She charges me and all then tells me it’s going to take awhile we are short handed. Well what more can I do you already charged my card. My son is eating his burger and says it taste weird. I use to work at these stores as well years ago and never did it ever cross my mind to give a customer a burned top like this. If the bread came out like this then put a new one. No one was even behind me in drive thru either to even say it is busy. My thing is you know ur making someone’s food and you see the bread burned why give it to someone like that? Would you as a cook or anyone on the register eat this?

I do not expect much from fast food places outside of food that comes out fast and ACCURATE. Neither were accomplished here. Burger was no where near what I expected (see pictures below) and fries were under cooked and definitely not filled. Don’t understand how they failed so bad but I am glad it was only $13. Good luck everyone else because this place is awful.

The sodas where flat and onion rings where soggy and if you order they give you very little fires small amounts I literally only had 5 waffles fires in a large the service kinda rude lots of attitude McDonalds has more friendly atmosphere and the dine was literally closed at 7pm which is like dinner time they need better management there

Extremely slow service! I spent 30 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order!!!!! The inside of the restaurant was not busy. I asked for an Iced Tea and was served sweet tea. I did not want to head back to correct and wait even longer

I drove through for a burger and I was helped by a lady named Amanda. She was wonderful over the intercom. Recommending items and I could hear her smile and energy. Upon meeting her at the window. She was all that. She was enthusiastic to serve, and I drove away with a good feeling. My burger, It was also good, it’s delicious. Thank you, Amanda.I wish you the best.

I was the only one in line order 16780342857776. It took 15-20mins for 2 California classics. Never had that before. The service was rude and uncaring. Finally get the food and it’s was terrible. Over salted burnt patties. The worst I’ve ever received from your food chain.

ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO EVER COME BACK HERE. the manager Johnathan is completely unprofessional and rude. Had me waiting 25 minutes on the side for my DRIVE THROUGH order then proceed to serve the cars that were behind me. When i walked inside they were setting up the burgers on bare titanium with no cover in a complete messy station. Then proceeded to provide me a FAKE CORPORATE NUMBER when i asked for one. Also told me to “chill” when explaining my frustrations. if anyone has the means to shut this nasty & disrespectful place down, plz do so. wish i can provide 0 stars. also he said corporate manager is named Annie.
