I like this location because the line always scoots along quickly, my orders are correct, the employees are friendly, and they happily give my dog pup cups when I ask. I’m not really the type to get upset about an incorrect ingredient in my coffee – coffee is coffee and I can always get a better one the next morning. But on days that they’ve messed something up, they remember me the next day and make it right. Please don’t close this location, Starbucks corporate!!!

The staff member that helped me at the register was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a little bit of a strange request for a drink in the person that was making them was very accommodating and the drink turn out excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I came here to do homework and grab a drink. They were so busy from both inside and through the drive-through but they were super quick! Due to its busy location it wasn’t my favorite for doing homework due to the volume, but it is still a good place to go to if you’re just looking to get a drink or snack! Also they have free wifi.

I asked them to put the drink and two food items in same bag so drink wouldn’t fall over. They refused. So what happened THE DRINK FELL OVER. Horrible people. Horrible customer service. Never going back

Our favorite Starbucks, excellent customer service. Our drinks are great. However, my debit card has been charged multiple times on the same days. My bank disputed the charges for me as customer service said they couldn’t help me. Now again on my bank statement, charged multiple times again on the same days. I called customer service again, no help. We live on a limited income, beings old, this was our only luxury. I don’t believe we will be back, as we can’t afford being charged so many times on one day.

I had the weakest cappuccino of my life at this Starbucks. It was mostly milk, and it wasn’t very warm either. My wife’s latte was the same. Starbucks has been living off its name for a long time, and its quality has dropped off considerably. I can’t believe I paid 10 bucks plus tip for this! I’m going to stick with Thomas Hammer Coffee from now on.
