I usually never have a problem with this Dunkin location until today . I walked in to place my order at the self ordering pad and as I am doing that one of the young ladies that worked there said to another young lady that she told her she should lock the doors , in reference to the drive through line being long. I just continued to place my order when I get my order which is a medium sized iced matcha latte (light ice) she gives me half of a cup , I get the line was packed which they handled because the time I left nobody was in line. I felt there frustration but you shouldn’t take it out on the customers or skimp me on my drink.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The wait is always forever. The employees don’t pay attention. They aren’t attentive. They are not professional & your order is often wrong or missing items. Not to mention making you pull forward for food and wait forever. No organization. Poor management. Just poor customer service all around. I want to like it bc it’s close to my home but I’ll be driving out of the way to another dunkin from now on.

The food and the people working were very nice and helpful. But there was a garbage truck blocking the drive thru so I couldn’t use the drive thru. And then I went in and when I got out he was parked behind me so I couldn’t leave. I had to wait 10 minutes on him to finish his coffee and food on the inside before he moved his truck. I thought that was very rude of him. I politely waited and eventually he moved.

I took my grandbaby to get a macchiato and the manager was very rude by telling my grandbaby that she “has a lot going on” in her macchiato. Her job is just to make the order and not complain to her co-workers as to what a person is ordering. And, if she chooses to complain, it is not professional to do it on front of the customer. My grandbaby was not pleased nor am I. They need to be trained in customer service.

Always a hit or miss. Sometimes they get your coffee wrong. Hash browns never done enough. Never offer condiments, always have to ask. Other locations have better service and food.

One thing is for sure is everyday I have to correct the employees how to make a drink that I order every single day so I know exactly how it should be and what’s missing. Example: the incorrect amount of espresso per the size drink.
Today I went and I did a mobile order to pick up via drive thru. I waited patiently in a very long line that was not moving. I get to the speaker and I had to wait again. And then told them I’m getting a mobile order pick up, my name, and go to window and it’s always the same and only girl who gives the nastiest attitude. Full blown rolling her eyes and just being extremely nasty and rude.
I asked for cream and sugar on the side and she literally POURED SUGAR in a cup w NO lid!!! And gave me a cup of creamer. She was extremely angry that I even asked for it, and did not care when asked if she was ok.
That’s how nasty her behavior was I had to make sure she was ok. Never again.

The first time I tried DD meal it was very good , I went back expecting it to be prepared properly once again but no it was burnt to a crisp . Total waste of money because I made it all the way home and I don’t feel like taking it back to return / be remade so trash it goes . This is ridiculous ! Even the cheese is hard ♀️

The food was horrible. They gave me hash browns that were old, and dark and burnt. What made it worse is they were old, and cold . The breakfast sandwich was hard and tasted even worse. I didn’t think that was even possible. To top it all off, he over charged me. When I mention to the manager he said it was his mistake and gave me back $2.15 .I point out that he over charged me $5 he acted like I didn’t know what i was talking about. I did the math showed him his miscalculation it did it several times before he admitted i was correct and still tried to not give me the correct change. I went out of my way to go to this location, Never again. I will go anywhere but here.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for a while. One thing I can say is that they always mess up my order. The baristas never seem nice or friendly. They get upset when you do ask nice if they can fix a drink. Honestly I stop coming to this one because of that. I went today and got a cookie butter cold brew asked for 2 cream and an extra pump they forgot the cream but not surprised. How do I know when they make my drink wrong because I work at Dunkin I know when my drink isn’t made right.
