Incredible Panera, incredible experience!! After much deliberation, my cousins and I decided to grab lunch at the Wolf Road Panera today (they told me it was the best-they were right!) The staff was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, coming around to make sure we had everything we needed, and even clearing our plates. Special shout out to Lamar, the general manager who really made our experience personalized and comfortable. We definitely recommend coming here-good vibes and memories made. Kids grilled cheese was a hit! No crumbs left

The young lady who helped me with her eye lashes done and darker hair in two buns was unbelievably kind, sweet, and friendly. From the moment she took my order, she was warm, upbeat, and seemed happy to help. She took her time, made real conversation, and treated me with such care and patience, which is so rare these days.
She even went out of her way to let me know about a coupon and added it for me so I could get a cup of soup for just $1 with my entrée. That alone meant a lot, but it was the way she did it so thoughtful and considerate — that really stood out. She was incredibly sweet, professional, and welcoming, and her service honestly made my day. Panera Bread is lucky to have someone like her. This was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

This was the best service I have ever seen. The manager himself even went around and collected dishes. Everyone was so friendly. I am literally astonished by how amazing the service was. Everyone in this establishment deserves a raise because it was just that amazing of an experience. If you’re looking for a nice place to take someone out to lunch this is definitely the spot to go. Way to go to the management and the employees you really made my day today. 10000000/10 stars best service I have ever had.

Love Panera but I just need this location to a bit cleaner. I ordered French onion soup and I received onion broth. No cheese. Just onion and soup. My daughter was happy with her salad but mentioned the dressing is never on the side and when we order a cookie, it was taken from the Togo area already packaged. Do they not sell out of the case any more?

Came here tonight for the first time. Service was quick. There were quite a good amount of customers inside.
Good was excellent. I had the same thing I had last time at the other location: soup + pizza. This time got her mango smoothie.

This Panera Bread location is great. The establishment is clean and tidy. The customer service is great. And the food is cooked fresh and timely. I purchased a large coffee and a brioche bacon egg over easy breakfast sandwich and they were delicious.

Panera is always a favorite. Loved the chicken asiago stack, yum! Wish there was a fireplace in the back section. It was chilly in there, and the tables by the hearth up front were taken.
