An absolutely outstanding experience thanks to our amazing host, Miranda. From start to finish, everything was on point, but La Tostada Perrona completely stole the show — hands down the highlight of the meal. The callo de hacha was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the botana tacos were pure comfort with bold flavor. Pairing all of this with a michelada was next-level — I swear it literally healed me on this glorious Sunday. Can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.

The food is delicious, everything tastes super fresh and full of flavor. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind they make you feel right at home. The aguachile was incredible, perfectly balanced and spicy in just the right way, and the fish tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had!
They also have a great variety of hot sauces, so you can try different levels of heat and flavor.

MÉXICO (SONORA)
Excerpt from Eat the World Los Angeles:
In the arena of coastal Pacific mariscos from México in Los Angeles, Sinaloa and Nayarit decidedly dominate the scene for full blown seafood favorites. Fried fish tacos give Baja proper if stereotypical showing and a certain wonderful truck give Jalisco a good name, but the state in between all these is usually known more for its contributions from inland.
When you talk about the Sonoran food landscape in Los Angeles, it usually revolves around soft flour tortillas, grilled meats, and the descendants of Hermosillo’s bacon-wrapped hot dogs. But with a coast on the Mar de Cortés just as long as that of Sinaloa, travels in the region will prove how important seafood is to sonorenses as well.
On a recent visit with friends, a greedy amount of menu items were procured and thoroughly enjoyed.

Amazing food, service and great atmosphere.. El Yaqui Tacos know how to churn out Tacos well and their Botana Caliente is the best. You cant go wrong with Taco Yaqui and Taco Botana. When comes to cocktails, try their Miche Pacifico or Remedio Squirt

We absolutely love this place. The quality of the ceviche is so good, and the salsas are delicious. We go out of our way to come here and I crave it all the time. Be aware that the food is (deliciously) Mexican spicy, and not simply US or even Mexican-American spicy. Highly recommend

Good food, if you can get passed the names given to some, but they’re patient. They have a catering truck in Santa Ana with the same items, but might be cheaper.
