We have waited quite a long time to get a table at ornellas and it was definitely worth the wait. Food was unbelievable specially the slow cooked beef short rib with gnocchi. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

2nd time visiting Ornellas and it did not disappoint. We are local and can see why everyone loves this place.
We chose both different arancini starters which were both unreal, the hot honey dip was mega! Both mains were very good too, however the highlight of the meal was the raspberry and pistachio profiteroles, possibly the best desert I’ve ever had lol, I’d been recommended these and they did not disappoint.
Overall the value for money, the atmosphere and the service is second to non. I would advise visiting here.

We’ve been waiting 6 months for a table here and wow it was worth the wait. The food was absolutely incredible! The whole experience was 10/10. The garlic arancini was unreal, I have been thinking about it all day. The pasta dishes were next level, the best Italian food ever had in the uk by far. We will definitely be returning.

Takes a LONG time to get a booking, especially if you’re particular on the time. For us it was a 6 month wait.
Saying that, it IS worth the wait. The food was incredible! Can’t fault any of it.
The Beef Short Rib was a holy experience.
So if you take anything away from this make it ordering the Beef Short Rib. Oh and the Tiramisu! Which I heard someone pronounce it Tree Me Sou .
Go here and have a great time getting into a food coma and feel awful you didn’t try everything on the menu.

The service was really good and everything we ate was amazing! Our favourites being the deep fried ravioli, the butternut squash shells and last be definitely not least the tiramisu! That has to be one of the best we’ve had

This was our second visit (first visit was just the two of us) we were celebrating my father in laws birthday and we loved every bite. Drinks are plenty, wine is perfect and the food (insert drooling face emoji) can’t fault it.
Having said that we were a little disappointed with the pistachio profiteroles, the roles themselves were hard and the sauce was set. Not quite what we expected but no complaint other than that.
The pictures I took are of the squid ink risotto (not salty and a little hint of garlic), cheesy chips with truffle oil (divine!) Cheeky little glass of red wine and if you can see it, the pumpkin conchiglioni on the left which was the best dish of the day.

A superb gem of a restaurant that’s well worth booking to get in. Some absolutely amazing dishes in the menu that will keep you wanting to come back to try more and wonderful staff that couldn’t have been more accommodating and attentive.
