The wings I had tonight were cooked to perfection!!! Absolutely delicious.
Spicy ATL and Bold ranch are my go to flavors. The cook tonight was on point and the customer service was great. The location is always clean and the music selection is such a vibe.

You really have to respect a restaurant chain that has managed to perfect consistently terrible customer service, then has the audacity to include two measly 2-oz ranch cups with an order of 24 wings, and immediately turns around and charges $0.95 per extra ranch like it’s a luxury import in this economy.
I would love to know what those 2-oz ranch cups actually cost them to produce, and more importantly, where they find the unmitigated gall to charge nearly a dollar for each additional one. It’s honestly impressive.
I absolutely hate that the food is good, because everything else about this chain is objectively awful. And the fact that the word LOVE is in their name? That’s just the cherry on top of the hypocrisy sundae.

Really flavorful crispy wings. The wings are not the best.
The location is bigger than a couple of the others I’ve visited. They have a bar, but not sure if its in service at this time.
It is a bit pricy.

1st time ordering from this location, and as usual you get southside service. My online order wasn’t hot, barley warm. Pickup time was 5:50p, I arrived at 5:55p. I paid $1.35 extra for cheesy fries with my combo, was told by the cashier you can’t have cheesy fries on a combo order at this location, although the app stated it was a choice (that i pointed out), she ended up giving me 1 small container of cheese. I paid $16 for 6 piece boneless wing combo, and 3 of the pieces are a joke. I’ve been to other locations in the valley with a whole lot better chicken, If you look on the app for this location they are out of stock on many items.

ATL Wings never disappoints, especially when Nate is in the kitchen! He’s the only one I trust to cook my wings—they come out PERFECT every single time. (Crispy, flavorful, and cooked just the way I like them.) Plus, he’s super funny and friendly, but still keeps it professional. Always a great vibe when he’s there.
Also shoutout to Maryna as well! She’s new but already doing an awesome job. She’s super sweet and always makes sure my order is correct the first time. That kind of attention to detail makes a huge difference.. Appreciate the care!

Service was amazing. Thank you to Boomer He was very kind and quick. He made sure to go out his way to make sure everything we needed was up to par. Then there is the food. Words can’t even describe how crispy and crunchy my wings were. Then there’s the fire kool-Aid! Just wow… thank you for an amazing experience. Please come try them out if you haven’t! It’s a must!

Today I went to ATL wings it’s 815 pm was excited to get wings, and left as soon as the cashier came out with a face like she didn’t want to be at work. No emotion just a mean face with no personality like we were busying her for coming in. My mom didn’t understand what she was asking, and instead of explaining she question she just kept asking the same question. This is disgusting customer service, and because of her I will not bring my money back!

Got lemon pepper and mild for one order and found a hair in the box of my wings , the other order no sauce at all didn’t know I ordered a mild dry rub .spent 57 dollars for 2 ten piece wings and fries for 2 people to not even be able to eat the ones with hair in the box the other ones subpar for the price I usually go to the atl on Thomas and dont every have to worry about the quality of my orders smh .
