I just needed Asiago bagels on this particular trip. I had previously ordered them thru the app. I was approximately 45 minutes early than my scheduled pickup time. They didn’t have it ready but that’s ok since I was early. But they almost couldn’t complete my order and found the necessary remaining few in another part of the store. Young man helping me was very nice and welcoming.

Had dinner here a few days ago. It was amazing! The food was nice and warm (which really gave me a cozy vibe since it was frigid outside) and the employees were kind and helpful. The only thing I see that others should look out for are the prices. But other than that it’s a-o-kay!!

guy at register had exceptional customer service skills, would give 5 stars but it didn’t seem like the food department was communicating very well with the guy at the front on who was supposed to do what. overall great experience, would recommend.

I placed an order thru the app for delivery. 5 items for 2 people. I got my coworkers food and not mine. I dont blame the delivery driver because on the bag and the coffee it reads 1 of 2 and 2 of 2. And that is what was delivered. However, the manager said the delivery driver left the rest behind. I xan see why. If Panera dosnt lable correctly its an automatic failure .update…Refund pending

The food was good, i had never been here before, but i wanted to leave a review as the cashier i had, Ashley, was an extremely nice and friendly worker. I hope that the business sees this and forwards the compliment to her. The people cooking my food were fast and cooked it well, it was an all around pleasant experience.

The cashier rang up my order incorrectly and was trying to overcharge me by $5. I questioned why it was so expensive and she corrected the order. I ordered the roast turkey avocado BLT to go (among other things). I got all the way home and realized they didn’t put any avocado on my sandwich at all. None. After paying $45 for dinner and two bagels for me and my 8 year old child, I would expect to at least get the ingredients listed in the NAME of the sandwich! Also, the bagels I got for tomorrow morning are TINY. Not their normal size. The costs have gone way up and the quality and portions have gone way down. I’m totally disappointed and won’t be back any time soon.
***Edited to say I did call the restaurant to complain and spoke to the manager. She was very nice and offered a voucher for a free sandwich to make up for it. Raising the service and overall score by one star each.

I order often on the app for a quick pick-up. Every single time I order the Garden Caprese there is something wildly wrong with it. It is either absolutely drowned in vinaigrette, has the wrong type of greens, or in today’s case, it included chicken, which I can’t eat.
Today I called, and the service I received then was the only redeeming aspect of my experience. The employee was very apologetic and explained it was a mix-up between two similar sandwich orders. He then provided me with a refund.
It’s just really disappointing, because when the orders are made correctly I really enjoy their food. But I’ve reported this issue multiple times through multiple avenues, and there hasn’t been any improvement.
And now I still want a sandwich.

I was a regular and I loved the food there. Specifically, I loved the bread because it always tasted fresh. Its apparent now that they cook frozen bread. Its absolute garbage and I will not be back. Its sad to see panera has shown their true side which is money over the people. Until the bread is cooked fresh again I will not be back. (I know its frozen because of previous work places and because I make my own occasionally).
