Not to be a nark or anything, but the guy shorted me $2 in change. Medium coke zero and a medium fry. 7.01. Handed him a $20. Received two folded five dollar bills with a pocket of change in the middle. .99 cents. Should have had two ones with it.
The guy at the register kind of had his back to the window while doing my cash. Not sure if it was habit or what. And my fries were handed to me at the same time as my cash by someone else. So I was flustered. I did sit at the window for a moment to get their attention and was ignored. Im on my way to work, so I didnt stay to fight it. I also noticed I wasnt given my receipt. Paying in cash and not given a receipt. I had no way of really proving it anyway. I called and left a message on my way to work and im typing this out while I eat my clearly old fries before I head in.
Either some cash training needs to happen, or staff is shorting change on purpose and stealing. $2 is a lot for some people. Including myself.
Hope this issue gets resolved with the store.

I don’t eat Wendy’s often but decided to come here with my girlfriend for some cheap dinner. We didn’t know for sauces it costs 50 cents per little packet. The cashier forgot them when our order came out but gave it to us. Overall, the food is normal, the location is pretty slow so it’s nice and quiet to eat your food.

Went for breakfast this morning at 8:50 am. Ordered the baconator with breakfast fries and coffee. The place was empty. Only 2 employees who spoke little to no English and had no clue what they were doing. I was told there were no breakfast fries so I had to settle for lunch fries instead( regular fries) As I’m at the counter I see 2 baskets of fries go into the grease. So obviously I’m happy I’m getting fresh fries. Well that wasn’t the case, I was handed my bag seconds later and the fries appeared to be from the night before or older. They were cold and hard to the touch. To make it even worse I ordered an extra fry because the breakfast fries are usually great. So in the pictures attached you can see the large fry and the small fry. The small actually had more than the large? Go figure. Dave Thomas wouldn’t be happy with the state of distress this Wendy’s is in. Absolutely garbage!

After 22 hours of travel on a plane. I stopped here for a very late night dinner. For one it was open which was shocking. But let me tell you, the guy running the window and probably everything else did a great job, and he was busy. The best part, fresh hot fries at 2am. Mind

One of the best things I find in some Wendy’s is the lunge area. Can enjoy my self some good food with friends and sit very comfortably. Not to forget they always got the freestyle by Coke. Just wish the flavors and soda choices were kept up more. Also, service is neglected to the customer inside rather than in the drive-through.

Went to Wendy’s on today Tuesday 6/25/2024 for lunch before work. Drive-thru was very long but I waited patiently. I ordered a Baconator Combo for $11.79 as listed in the drive thru. I paid with a card . I asked if the receipt was in the bag. The cashier said, No, do you want a receipt? I said, Yes. He gave me my receipt and I pulled off and then looked at the receipt only to notice that I had been charged for $14.28 for a medium combo. He never asked what sized combo I wanted and I had to ask for my receipt. I will not be back.

Raw Chicken!!!! Bit into my chicken sandwich and tasted something off. I have never had undercooked food from any fast food chain. Absolutely disgusting. Attempted to call and received no response or an option to leave a message.

This Wendy’s location is far better than the others in the area. They were hitting on all cylinders. Food was fast, fresh, and accurate. The lobby was clean.
