This restaurant is located in an unassuming spot, with a simple and unpretentious exterior. Although it only has nine tables, it’s modest yet comfortable.

The restaurant’s style: It feels like stepping back in time to the
1950s.

Old photographs adorn the walls, documenting the passage of time and historical changes; old songs play in the background; and there’s authentic Italian cuisine…

The friendly service makes you feel right at home. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and most importantly, if you want to taste authentic Italian flavors, you won’t be disappointed.

We will definitely be back.

We have been to Briandi’s several times, but this was the first time that the service/kitchen was slow and food was just okay.

Shockingly they were not busy at all (Monday evening).

Food was okay. Wife liked her lasagna but my chicken parmigiano was average. The salad was small but the bread was fresh. We asked for some additional bread with our dinner and never received it. I had ice tea and after one glass was told they were out.

Was excited to see we could get a table right away but left disappointed.

We had the best dinner celebrating a birthday! The food was delicious, from the mozzarella sticks that are homemade to the calamari for apps. Steak was exceptional along with all the standard dishes that were ordered, shrimp scampi, chicken parm and marsala to the lasagna. We were 8 and Laura was amazing in helping to ensure we had a table. They don’t take reservations but I worked Laura and she advised to get there at 4:30 when they opened which we did, she had our table ready! Laura was our server too, she was so on top of not only our table but all the other tables she was working. I can’t thank her enough for the wonderful birthday dinner which she ensured went off without a hitch from start to finish! Can’t wait to go back! Only picture I took …steak done Pittsburgh style, med rare on the inside charred outside.

This place is amazing!!! Little restaurant that I almost missed driving by but so glad I didn’t! Laura took the best care of me even though the place was packed. The steak was so fantastic that I came back again my second night in town just to try the eggplant Parmesan that was also amazing! I am hoping to have to travel back this direction just to get to visit again! Fresh baked bread was great too, sorry I didn’t get picture, it didn’t last long enough!

Was there this week for dinner. Website says open at 4 but really not until 4:30. Small place. We were the first people in the door and seated. Waitress, if you call her that, took our drink order. We were told drinks (soda or alcohol) were required. Water was not an option. We placed our order. This was a table of 3. Took over an hour to get our food. A table of 8 came in after we were seated and ordered and they received their food before we did. We mentioned this to our “waitress” and she said well that group came in. The sweet tea that was ordered was just ice tea and she said here are the sugar packets just add them. I ordered tortellini, which I had thought would be homemade, I don’t believe they were. They were tasteless. Again when brought to the waitress attention she stated, well I could have told you not to order them.

Very quaint family restaurant. Limited seating but worth any wait. Don’t be discouraged by location or restaurant’s outside appearance. Certainly worth the visit and you won’t be let down. Laura and the rest of the group did a great job; great teamwork! Wonderful Chianti, great apps and wonderful Pizza ! Dessert was fantastic and what a history. First time and won’t be the last. Great recommendations for next visit that we will certainly try. Glad we were adventurous and gave them a try!!!

The food was excellent as always – hot and delicious with portions large enough to share or take home for leftovers. Our server, Laura, was friendly, helpful, and professional. We have dined here often and frequently bring guests because the food and service are consistently top-notch!

⭐️We’ve been loyal customers of Briandi’s for years, which is why this review matters. Our most recent visit showed clear signs of decline both in facility upkeep and service standards and ownership needs to be aware.
The restaurant itself felt run down, and the restrooms were deteriorating. That alone was concerning.
Upon arrival, two members of our party of five entered and were met by the only waitress working. When told there were five of us, she laughed, said it would “be a while,” did not take our name, and estimated a 40-minute wait. We waited nearly 90 minutes.
Once seated, there was no greeting. Drinks were ordered, bread was delivered, and we finished the bread before drinks arrived. When drinks finally arrived, the waitress did not remember who ordered what (3 Cokes, 1 Diet Coke, and 1 unsweet tea).
When taking our food order, she said she’d “have them rush it,” likely because the restaurant was closing in 45 minutes. One guest attempted to order veal parm and was told it was unavailable, but could be substituted with a NY strip “pounded out.”
Salads arrived with dressings again without knowing who ordered what (3 ranch, 1 Italian, and 1 Thousand Island). Refill requests went unacknowledged.
Food arrived hot but, once again, without any idea who ordered which dish (3 chicken parms one split and 1 shrimp and scallop Alfredo). The chicken was not thinly pounded, and the Alfredo was bland with undercooked scallops.
Additional refill requests resulted in two drinks being brought, with the unsweet tea being poured into a refill soda cup. Three additional drinks were left sitting on the counter while other tables were cleared. When she went back in the kitchen, one guest retrieved the drinks. She never even realized….
This was not a single misstep it was a breakdown in staffing, service flow, food quality, and basic attention to detail. For a restaurant we’ve supported for years, this was deeply disappointing. We hope ownership takes this seriously before more long-time customers decide not to return.

Briandis is a true hidden gem! Visited Briandi’s for the first time Saturday night and the food was phenomenal! The ambiance is incredibly inviting and comforting, with a charming, old-time vibe that’s hard to find these days. We got the New York strip steak and it was amazing! By far the best steak l’ve ever had! I also had the Spumoni for dessert which was yummy! Great and fast service. Highly recommend stopping by Briandis!!! It’s worth it
