This place was horrible. We got takeout and the guy at the front was so rude. When we got our order back to the hotel it was completely messed up. Brown rice instead of fried rice. Some sort of gummy slimy chicken thing instead of almond chicken. No napkins. No silverware or chopsticks. The only thing good about it was the fortune cookie. Highly disappointed.

Stopped by here on lunch. I’m so glad I did. I got the lunch special Mongolian beef. The lunch special came with soup an egg roll and some crispy bites and fried rice! The woman behind the counter greeted me as soon as I got there and was very nice and kind through my visit. She said 10 minutes and I was out of there before that with my food and drink. It was very delicious and I would definitely go again. I’m a sucker for fresh Chinese food.

Our server was great and attentive. The food was yummy. My party ordered the family style column B. We had double cooked pork, sesame chicken, and a beef dish. All were well seasoned, nothing dry, nothing chewy.

This Chinese restaurant taste the same as most of the other ones here in Tucson where sweet n sour chicken is served plain with the watery liquid red sauce on the side which taste like it was poured out of a bottle & not basted or cooked with the pieces of chicken also chicken had a funny taste to it & so did the little egg roll or whatever it was crab rangoon’s tasted bland weren’t even a little sweet the egg drop soup tasted greasy however the steamed rice was fine but how could you screw up that? The women who worked there were really nice but whoever cooks the food needs training in cooking Chinese food unless it’s all processed & warmed in the microwave which I’m pretty sure it is. No I don’t recommend this place.

My family and I always come to this restaurant because they have the best bbq pork fried rice. Every visit we get the rice and egg rolls and it is consistently delicious. We have also tried the crab ragoon and the chicken wings and have enjoyed those as well. This has become our go to restaurant due to the excellent food and the welcoming hospitality. I will definitely continue to work my way through this menu. The prices are just in my budget. You have to give this restaurant a chance.

I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp! 12 JUMBO shrimp was amazing along with walnuts and some cabbage, steamed rice on the side. Enough for 2 meals for me! Went with a group of 10 and they are always very accommodating. Everyone loves their food!!

This is our goto place for Chinese food. Mrs. always gets sweet & sour pork. I always get the Chef’s Special Crispy Squid. Never had a complaint. Except for the Chocolate Decadence Cake. The last two times we got it, it was stale or dry, suggesting they don’t move it fast enough to keep it fresh so we don’t get that anymore. I wish they had hot mustard to go.

Immediately greeted upon entry. The establishment appeared to be clean, will maintained and devoid of any noticable deferred issues.
We didn’t find the food to be remotely exceptional, instead we found it noticably lacking in the flavor dept. It wasn’t bad food, but instead it was sadly rather disappointingly, it just wasn’t very good food, certainly not consistent with anything remotely close to the previous glowing 5star reviews found here.
Our server wasn’t overly enthusiastic. I kept moving my empty water glass to the edge of the table to get her attention to refill it, but each and every time, l still had to ask her for a water refill as she seemingly failed to notice it.
We started out with egg rolls. Sadly they had a weak diminished flavor and just missed the mark. Additionally I thought that they were excessively oily or greasy.
I ordered the beef and snow peas, and while it appeared visually stunning upon presentation, it was equally deminished of any substantial flavor depth. Again just missing the mark.
My dinner companion ordered the beef lo mein, she was less then impressed with it as well advising it lacked any substantial flavor profile. Additionally she found it excessively oily.
From the cook to the server, I certainly don’t believe that we were shown their best effort.
My dinner companion used the ladies room and advised that there was no toilet paper present. I really felt that the attention to detail was definitely deficient and lacking here by the entire staff. Oddly indifference seems to be the normal effort here.
I found our visit simply disappointing. While not bad, this is not an establishment that I would highly recommend patronizing.
If there’s not a problem with your payment why should you willingly accept a problem with their establishment and it’s products?

My family loves Dragon’s Palace! We have ate at this location since I was a kid and I’m 40yrs old now. We love everything we have tried on the menu. Everything is delicious, affordable for these days and good size portions! I like that I can order directly from their website. Their customers services is friendly and attentive. I mostly order delivery and its usually the same delivery guy who is always kind and polite. Don’t judge but I ordered it tonight for a 2nd night in a row…..
