We specifically went for the pretzel stuffed crust pizza and once we got home, realized that all 3 were just regular stuffed crust. The pizza slices were cut very poorly as well. I was willing to deal with that, until we got into the crazy bread and found a piece of hair baked into one of the pieces. when I called to tell them this, they wanted me to drive 40 minutes round-trip to bring the product back for a refund.They did end up refunding me, but we will never eat here again.

I honestly prefer little ceasers over all the big pizza chains. It’s cheap ,and a nice quality pizza I have no regrets eating with a friend, (I eat it all myself ). Their online deals are pretty good sometimes, 4.99 for a large pizza? Like what?! Use the app! Pizza cutting is the only thing that could use work. 8/10.

I couldn’t order a pizza online due to an issue with my card so I called the store (Friday evening at about 5:30PM). The young lady that answered was very polite. I had to be put on hold as the location was very busy. She came back and answered about 3-4 min later and took my order. I got to the location about 15 minutes later and they were (obviously) very busy for a Friday evening. I was happy to wait a little longer as she served all the customers that came in and she was so joyful greeting each customer and handling orders. The folks in the back were VERY busy and were helping each other get through the mountain of orders that were coming in.
I hope that the regional manager reads these reviews and I would like to ask that the team on Friday evening (09-12-2025) be recognized for their hard work.

Ordered the cheese Batman pizza online. Had no problem. Pizza was good. Restaurant was empty when I picked up my pizza from the kiosk. Nobody greeted me, but that’s fine. Parking lot is full of potholes, but it’s not their fault. I would go back.

freckled girl behind the counter obviously doesn’t like her job… my kids asked for extra seasoning on the crazy bread & got a flat “no!”, without any explanation, she just stared blankly at us… awkward af… ok, whatever, I continued ordering & kept feeling rushed, like I was inconveniencing her…
