If you’re in Sparta, then you have to come and have breakfast here at Rise & Shine Cafe II. Any questions I had about the menu were answered. Everyone here was pleasant to talk with! Food came out hot and quick! I definitely recommend the country ham breastfast, it was delicious!

We stopped in for breakfast after seeing high stars. Don’t know how they got good ratings! We were out of town at the hospital nearby and needed a meal. Place didn’t look very clean, table rocked, we were definitely treated as a ‘not local’. My coffee was never filled and menu did not have prices. Is that legal? Would never go back nor recommend.

Food was definitely not what we were hoping for. Stopped in for breakfast and was sadly disappointed. Feel as though people have forgotten what good down home cooking and flavorful food is anymore. Homefries were flavorless. Gravy was barely warm bordering on being cool and nobody came to refill drinks or check on us after our food was served. We Love to try small home town places while we travel instead of chain resteraunts. We will not being stopping in here again.

I don’t like to give negative reviews, but this I must post. Do not go to this restaurant. The prices on line are wrong and the menu has no prices listed at all. The food was tolerable, and the service horrible. Not sure how it has the rating it has!

I love this place! Every time I’ve eaten there the food has been AMAZING! They have some of the best grits I’ve ever eaten in my life. They are so full of flavor and so creamy! No matter what I’ve eaten it’s always been amazing. I will forever come here. Great services. Great prices! If you’ve not visited this little mom and pop breakfast place you need to go, right now

Only complaint is there was only one server running the entire front house. She seemed a little stressed, understandably.
