I like the kick n chicken sandwich, but how are you supposed to eat it when the bottom half of the sandwich is in a pool of the sauce that’s(mainly) supposed to be on the sand which. Might as well have been the tender meal with the sauce on them already and toast on top. Bc the soggy bottom bun is a no go lol

I arrived here around 7:20pm on a Friday evening to get some dinner for a friend and I. I placed the order via the app in the parking lot before going inside. We both got the big Zax snack meal with fries and bbq sauce. I got a large fry and extra seasoning, however.
While waiting for the food, I got our drinks. I had to wait about 5-7 minutes for my food to be done. When I got the food, I really couldn’t tell which plate had the large fries and which plate had regular, which is unfortunate. On the bright side, the food was enjoyable and staff were friendly.

The last two times I placed a mobile curbside order, I had to go inside to pick up my order because they never brought it out to me. Both times my order was ready and sitting in the online pickup shelf. When I asked about my curbside order, I was told they forgot.
How about this for a change. Don’t offer curbside carry out if you’re never going to bring the food out to the vehicle. Total waste of time and very frustrating for customers.

yall are so sorry it hurts me, i once went inside and left immediately the strong stench of weed and there was a huge puddle of mop water and cleaning supplies right at the door, but this isnt the worst this time i came the cashier put 3 medium drinks in a tray with the maximum capacity of 2 and one spilled outside the car and the other on the inside she apologized but didnt offer any napkins and in the parking lot there was a piece of bread just sittting there. overall just terrible.

Came in tonight to grab a bite before a halloween show and the fries were hot and crispy. The bread was toasty and buttery, and the cashier spelled my name right without me saying the spelling. Thoroughly impressed. Thanks for making my night.

Manager here very unprofessional asked my 17 year old daughter did they have an issue with her or dislike her. Also told my child to stay away from other employees like she a school teacher. Also said my daughter was suspended for invalid reasons but later fired her instead of being upfront!!! Messy atmosphere and the people in here all date each other disgusting someone from corporate reach out ton me!!! Thanks

Surf n Turf shrimp was burnt. Bait and switch situation. They advertised golden shrimp and chicken but got burnt shrimp burnt beyond reason. The chocolate shake was not chocolatey. Not a fan anyways. Will not be back, not even for the zalads.

I just left from the drive thru at this Zaxby’s location around 11:40am . Customer service was wonderful and ordering at the window was quick and easy! The young lady at the window was nice and polite when I received my total and my food. I was told to have a great day which really made me smile! My food was fresh and made to order! Love this location, keep up the great work! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible service. We arrived at 6:20 pm on Saturday evening, there were 3 people in the dining room. We ordered and waited 25 minutes and finally asked where our food was.. they told us “it’s going to be a while”… unbelievable for fast food. When we got our food about 5 minutes later (30 minutes wait time), one of our entrees (zax 4 finger meal) had chicken that looked like it had been sitting out a while and cut up for a salad, but thrown into the box.
