This subway went down hill. I understand the prices going up but the sub was not full. I asked for extra tomatoes. Not hardly. Ask for oil and vinegar. None!
I’m done with this place. Better to hit the local pizza shops for good subs.

Ordered a cold cut combo couldnt see the girl make it due to the lid being up against the glass. Needless to say when i went to eat the sub it was just bologna no other meats. Very disappointed amd there was no one else there, so there wasnt a rush to get it done.

I have never written such a negative review, but I was so frustrated. If I could give zero stars for service I would have. I like their subs for a quick lunch but I can find another Subway within 12 miles of my home and I’ll start going there. Last night I used my phone to order a Black Forest Ham footlong. I paid with my stored gift cards and the screen showed that I placed the order. Even though I paid it didn’t really finish processing. It also doesn’t show up in my history. I drove to the Subway and showed the man my phone showing that I had paid for the order. He said–Sorry–I know nothing about the app. Too bad. Call Subway. Next time come in to order. I said, but you can see that I’ve paid for the sub and he said when I use the app he doesn’t get paid–so, no sub. My husband asked if we could talk to someone higher up. He said–“there is nobody higher than me–I own this place.” I said it wasn’t fair that I paid for my sub and he said–too bad–Don’t use the app–I know nothing about the app. So I went to a local shop and ordered dinner, never to receive my money or my sub from Subway,

Earlier this winter I bought gift cards online and received a coupon for a free six inch sub. I went into the store and he looked at the paper and said he didn’t know where that came from but he wouldn’t honor it. He said it must be some third party coupon that can’t be used in his store. I took the coupon to a different Subway and was able to redeem it.

This man/owner/manager (all in one) is so rude. He gets loud and yells at the customer. Perhaps he has a franchise Subway and doesn’t need to follow the same rules of engagement or honor Subway coupons, but his demeanor and behavior do not reflect well on the brand.

(There used to be a lovely lady named Tammy who was friendly, cheerful and helpful, and who seemed to be there most of the time, but I haven’t seen her in a while.)

I was their at 545 and no one was there. Door was locked; tv was on. Food was left out floor was dirty. I thought they didn’t close till 9?

Late getting home today so I ordered food on the app. Which I almost never do for this very reason. Got the BOGO foot long deal. Whoever made these subs used one scoop of steak meat for the foot long sub and spread it all the way across the sub. I kid you not, unbelievable. I knew there was a reason I have not been there in years. If you want a vegetable sandwich it would have been great. Glad it was buy one get one or I would have been really pissed if I had paid full price for these lousy subs.

My boyfriend went and got me an American cold cut and it was all one meat. I looked on their app and I saw that they didn’t have an American cold cut they had a cold cut combo the guy could’ve had said they didn’t have what we were looking for. Never eating there again and $15 dollars for a sub is outrageous

Subway always has fresh ingredients and lunch meat and everything in there is always nice and fresh especially the bread. Meatball sub is my favorite chicken noodle soup is also good too. They’re cookies are the bomb. Always clean in their store employees are always friendly and helpful.

Hello! I work for a company that provides care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and I frequently take one of my clients to this location for lunch on our days out. I just want to say that the service here is always excellent. So much so that he always looks forward to dining at this particular Subway. The bar was raised even higher today as the woman working behind the counter (Aug 16th, around noon. I apologize for not catching her name) provided *exceptional* service. She was patient with my client as he placed his order and was very attentive as he pondered what he’d like to eat. Unfortunately, it’s not often that I meet such kind, patient, and genuine staff when taking my clients out as their speech can sometimes be difficult to understand, and they can sometimes struggle with placing their orders. To the woman working today, I just want to thank you for your kindness and your service and for continuing to give my client something to look forward to when we go out for lunch. He appreciated your fantastic attitude and work ethic and will be talking about our visit for a long time to come!

I took my kids to Subway for dinner tonight. We were looking forward to sitting down and having a nice meal in the AC since we haven’t had power for days. I really had to use the restroom and when we walked in there was someone already ordering so I decided to use the restroom first. I never got a “hi, hello, how are you” Just a very aggressive “ARE YOU ORDERING FOOD?!” After I said yes but I need to use the bathroom first I was rudely old where the key was. While ordering my daughter asked if she could pick our table and I said yes and she was yelled at to get down and don’t play on there” I was so ready to just leave but we were starving and hot. The last time I came in I ordered subs for my family of 6 and was rudely told “oh? 6 subs?! You really should have done that on the app” And she took the person behind me first. I love that this location is close to me and the food is always good, but a little kindness could go a long way.

Every time I order a sandwich online and add avocado, I’m charged extra but I never actually get any avocado on my sandwich. I don’t know if they just don’t usually have it or if they just think I won’t notice (I notice), but I’ve only ever actually gotten it like twice out of all the times I’ve ever ordered here (which of course leads me to falsely hoping that maybe THIS time they’ll get it right). Sandwiches are fine otherwise, I just want my avocado when I order it, please.
