I have ordered jets 3 times now and EVERYTIME I order the gluten free pizza with extra cheese, banana peppers, extra sauce, and garlic butter it comes out amazing. The crust is crunchy and fluffy. I have NEVER had a fluffy crust as good as this that was gluten free except in New York. This is the only place I will eat pizza from. I wish they delivered to our address though. I also want to say how much I love being able to just text my order in.

I seen some of the reviews for this joint and I was hesitant on ordering from them. But I was like what the hell why not their menu looks awesome. I ordered online. I ordered the pizza that had sausage, green peppers, banana peppers and mushrooms. I also ordered the Antipasto salad with Greek dressing. Ordering on line was extremely fast and easy. Online it said 60 to 75 minutes. My food arrived 48 minutes later. I was not disappointed at all. Most pizza joints have awesome crust with tasteless toppings or vise versa. Jet’s crust is perfection. Not one flaw with it. The toppings on my pizza were fresh. Nothing was mushy or slimy. The cheese was great. Overall a 10 out of 10 for the pizza. The salad had fresh toppings and the lettuce was definitely fresh and green. Their Greek salad dressing is some of the best I’ve ever had. The salad i give 8 out of 10 only because they say a small feeds two people. If you like salads the small is a single person helping. The delivery driver seemed like a good guy. Younger guy. Polite and professional. Overall I rate them a 9 out of 10 I definitely WILL be doing business again with Jet’s.

I ordered a Large Deep Dish with Pepperoni, Mushroom, & Double Ital. Sausage.
When I got home, I found out that half of the pieces did not have any Mushroom on it at all. I called and spoke to a worker named Mars & told me that is how it comes when you order double sausage they have to put less mushrooms on.
I tried to explain to her that some of the pieces don’t even have any mushrooms and Mars said hold on, put me on hold and then said that her manager, Eric, made the pizza, and he said that’s how they come. Mars said he told her when you order double sausage they have to put on less Mushroom.
When I said that I don’t understand, because I paid for mushroom and some of the pieces don’t have any on it whatsoever. Mars said hold on again and spoke to Eric. Mars said I could bring the pizza back to have it remade.
I told her I was already at home and it was too far away from the shop. But that I would show pictures to the manager next time I am in the shop. She said in reply “have a good day” and hung up the phone without an apology. Very disappointed in that reply to me.
I will say that when Eric greeted me to pick up the pizza he was friendly and I asked for additional parmesan cheese and he brought that over right away. Unfortunately the service and the disappointing Pizza room the entire experience for me.

Jet’s has tghe best Pizza around! the sauce is good and plentiful as are the toppings you get. Pizza is not dry or tastes like the cardboard box. You get to enjoy every bit with pleasure!

Jet’s Pizza is amazing! My pizza delivery was going to be late they called me and let me know that they were down a driver and gave me an estimated time and asked for my patients. I had no problem waiting for my pizza specially with the phone call made everything a whole lot better! Definitely give them a try

Great pizza, friendly staff! All I have ever done is place my orders and either pick it up or have someone pick it up for me but regardless, I keep going back over and over again. Jet’s… you guys have a great product, don’t ever change that! It’s what keeps us coming back.

Well I ordered online, be careful when picking the Parma store, there’s one on broadview and one on pearl. I ordered from broadview by accident by was one street away from the one on pearl. They were great and accommodated my mistake, made my order quickly and saved the day. Both employees were beyond understanding and that’s a lost art in customer service these days.
