We drove just 30 minutes from Lockport to find ourselves in a nautical restaurant paradise of wonderful food and drinks. I was never so happy to pay for dinner as it was incredibly delicious. From the wine to the salmon to the pistachio cake, it was a new and incredibly delightful eating experience. It was worth every dollar, and the service was attentive and GM friendly and truly interested in our experience. We could hardly wait to walk the pier to take in the scenery. Our view from the restaurant patio was complete with a pair of swans, yachts, and lovely landscape. Rustic yet classy, chef perfected dinners, yet cozy casual. A blues/oldies band made it a complete package. Probably the best meal my husband and I have ever had.

Went to Sunset tonight with the family and was very impressed! The staff is amazingly friendly and work well together. Our dinners were delicious with big portions, and well worth the money. The menu offers a nice selection of appetizers, salads, hand-helds and full dinners. They have both indoor and outdoor seats available with trees providing plenty of shade for the outdoor tables.

Came here with my husband and my dog. Great atmosphere and the food was awesome! The roast chicken dip was delicious! It’s similar to buffalo chicken dip if you’re familiar with that dish. My husband thought the seafood chowder was better than some of the chowder we had in Boston! We both ordered specials. I had the lobster roll and he had the perch. Both were excellent! We sat out on the patio with our dog! There was a live band (we went on a Saturday), the volume was perfect in my opinion. We sat rather close to the stage, and I was worried as I am pretty sound sensitive, but no worries at all! An extremely enjoyable time! Whenever we make a trip back up the the Lakes, we’ll be sure to stop in again, especially for that chowder! It was a little pricey, but we were on vacation and we ordered quite a bit to sample between the two of us. There was plenty left over to take back to our hotel!

Dominique and her team did an absolutely phenomenal job on our wedding. She had every detail nailed down, and my husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy our special day. The food was *fantastic* (order the buffet – it’s worth it!), the team set up and tore down a number of our decorations for us, and the whole event proceeded smoothly. And the venue is far more affordable than a number of other options closer to Buffalo.

Went here for the first time. Location was tucked back but easy to find. Was way more than what I expected driving back in there. I was impressed. The atmosphere was very relaxing, they had the fireplace going. Great ambiance! The waitress was super nice, checked in often, but not to the annoying point. Food was amazing. I had the clams for an appetizer. My fiance had the calamari. Both VERY good! For dinner I had the steak and crab legs, and my fiance had linguine and clam sauce. The steak was cooked on point and melted in my mouth! I just wish the crab legs were endless lol, those were really good too! My fiance loved his meal as well! Drinks were good! We went to the back part to listen to the band play for a bit. We had a great time and will highly recommend! Great food, great service. Also, in our opinion thought it was very reasonably priced!

Fantastic first opening day for the 2025 season. Mike and his team always run a tight ship with the best service , and out of this world dishes!!! Try the new curry chicken, but a house staple is the tuna tower!!! Always a favorite. Make sure you ask for Linda for your server…. she is also the gal who makes the seafood lasagna- a twist this year…it’s rolled up!! She can run circles around all the 18 year olds there.
Honestly one of the highlights of coming to Wilson. More than highly recommend!!!

The captains platter is a very delicious and GENEROUS portion of fried fish, fried shrimp, fried clam strips, and french fries. Trust me, ADD THE PANKO!!! Every bite was perfectly crunchy and seasoned well. The kitchen here is top notch. Great views, people dancing the live music, qhat more could you ask for to have a good time out to dinner? Go here, now.

I had my August 2025 wedding (ceremony and reception) at Sunset and have absolutely no regrets!
The banquet hall is stunning, and you simply can’t beat the view.
The food and service were both impeccable!
Dominique went above and beyond to make the planning process, rehearsal, setup, and wedding day as stress-free and seamless as possible. Even with a few hiccups involving outside vendors, I was incredibly impressed with her coordination skills, knowledge of all things wedding and her ability to bring my vision to life.
I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire experience from start to finish!

We had a really nice time here for dinner (group of 7). It was our collective first time at the property, and we were quite impressed with the size and location- it is right on the water with gorgeous views of the sail boats and like side cottages. Food was tasty, and seemed fresh- we did come unfortunately the last weekend of the season they were open so there was a slightly reduced menu, but still a wide variety of choices. There was a wedding going on in the event space down the hall as well, from the outside it looked like a really nice spot. We would not hesitate to come back, and strongly recommend it if you are in the area!

If you’re looking for a marina experience, this is the place to go. Sweet entry way and hostess greeting. The ample space for indoor dining is wonderful, with a large bar area of it’s own. Outdoor patios; one smaller patio to the North along the Tuscarora Bay, another larger patio to the East along a smaller inlet. The few trees between bay and the patios gives just enough privacy from the boat docks with a nice walkway after your meal. The small pavilion for the bands is in a perfect location to enjoy the bay, and the patio couches and chairs make for a spectacular seat to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. The steal mesh tables and chairs on the patio are kept clean, as we watched the bus boy spraying and wiping them after guests left. Laminated menus are nice and clean, as well, no greasy fingers from the last guests. Reservations might be a better idea, but we were seated quite quickly without. Our server brought drinks and menus quickly. We ordered two handhelds; A Pot Roast Wrap with tater tots. The meat was more like stew beef than pot roast, it didn’t fall apart when biting into it. Be prepared to cut the chunks or take the entire piece at once. The flavor of the meat was good. The tater tots were fantastic. A Beef on Weck with french fries. I like salt and the highly salted and seeded roll was great. But, the salt and seeds fall off the roll quite easily. So, whether you like it or not, it will fit your desire. There was a good serving of tender beef. Ask for extra au jus sauce if you prefer it moist, as this is on the dry side. The french fries looked fantastic and are great for those who prefer a firm crunch throughout, even on the thicker pieces. The manager stopped at many tables to greet guests and ask if anything was needed. We enjoyed watching servers bring trays of seafood fry plates and seafood boil granite pots to other tables. The fish fry portions looked large and delicious. We were pleased with live entertainment, “LFG Band”(LoTempio, Falk & George). The volume was perfect. The music, vocals and harmonies were spectacular. They were sooo good, we would return again just to see them! We look forward to giving the location and different meal choices a try, and will aim for a night LFG is performing again. Great parking, great entry. The location is also great for families, children fit right in. A fun date night on the patio. Or just a beer in the breeze alone. Give it a try.
