I placed an order through the app and they gave me the completely wrong order then argued with me when I respectfully and politely asked for the correct food that I ordered. I ended up getting the food I ordered and ate it and got food poisoning from it. I’ll never return to a KFC again.

I ordered from the Kiosk. It states they will call your name. I am waiting and I hear a lady say 2 piece from Kiosk. She said it again while standing at the food table. I wondered if she was talking about my order so I walked over. She made some comment about someone coming to the drive through and don’t have time for this. She walked to the drive through and ignored me. I asked the other lady at the food table if that was supposed to be my order that the first lady was saying. The lady looked at me with a confused look. I heard the first lady by the drive through say she would be back. I waiting longer while the food was just sitting there. Other customers said that it must be mine because they ordered more. I finally decided to look in the bag and it appeared to be mine. So I went ahead and took it because I wasn’t getting help from anyone and waiting for a good amount of time. After I got home, I realized that I didn’t even get a drink. I tried to call back that night and today. Phone rings then goes to a busy signal. I have never had that poor of service and attitude from someone.

We ordered an 8 piece leg and thigh with sides. The chicken was cold and mushy. The Mac n cheese had been around around a minute and the noodles were mushy and cold. The mashed and gravy were also cold.
I was excited to have KFC ,its a childhood memory of good food. This was a terrible visit. I wouldn’t recommend KFC anymore. We should have hit up a mom n pop.

This place is absolutely trash, the 2 workers were ignorant as can be. The girl looked to be higher than hell. No spoons for mashed potatoes, no ice, so the soda was hot. Dining room was trashed and there was food and sauce all over the walls and table. Absolutely trash! The location! The worker’s..the food!

This is a new location for me. Been there twice since I moved here and issues both times. KFC is my favorite and while I am sure I will go back at some point, I am hesitant because the service is just off. First time they said they didn’t have the bbq chicken and then when I returned a week later. While they had it, they gave me chicken breast’s when I ordered dark meat and gave me mashed potatoes instead of the coleslaw I ordered. The side was okay I guess, but the chicken breasts were very dry. So yeah not 5 stars, probably should be a 3.

I visited KFC 10-24-25 12:45 pm. I know that this review is probably not going to change anything. I ordered the 3 piece original chicken combo meal. The original chicken had been fried at some point and was very dry. Why offer original chicken if you’re going to fry it. I know KFC has been allowing their stores to fry original chicken and it’s unacceptable. KFC needs to take more pride in their food. What a big disappointment.
