SO good. Sides were great…I also enjoyed the charcuterie board, And I also tried the Surf & Turf from a friend. I will definitely be back. I met the Chef and had to compliment him on how well the Tomhawk was cooked. Smokey, grilled, fatty, juicy… YUM YUM GIVE ME SOME!
Great atmosphere. It has an upscale feel without the pretentious staff and uncomfortable experience of some high-end restaurants. Everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly.
My husband really enjoyed his drinks from the bar. He had the Steak and Seafood plate and raved about it. I had the Bacon Bleu Filet and OMG- I think it was the best steak I have ever had. So buttery smooth and juicy. I’ll be dreaming about that sauce for a while. I hope I can find a replica when we get back to Texas. The crème brûlée was also amazing!!
It IS a little in the pricey side, but very much worth it for a special night here and there. HIGHLY recommend!!
The meal started with a Cesar salad, accompanied by three cheese curd, fried on side and softer inside and a cheese infused thin biscuit of sorts. These were more pleasant to view than on palate. Minimal taste, however, they added a bit of crunch to an othwise over-saturated salad. I ate 55% of this mediocre presentation. Less dressing with a side of dressing perhaps and fresher salad would make a positive difference? The old fashion drink was very good, quality bourbon (Buffalo Trace) a nice presentation. The main course the Northwest Ribeye was cooked to order, medium rare with a large portion of garlic mashed potatoes. Only one bite of steak couldn’t be chewed, gristle. The au juice/Demi glaze, was dark without a dominant taste. Could be room for improvement here? Potatoes were a bit overwhelming in quantity and the texture was too smooth. Some pieces would add required texture and make them more palatable.
I arrived when they opened so the service was good not impacted by multiple tables and ordered first or nearly. I was disappointed overall as the aesethics really do lend the positive basis for a better meal. The bathroom was clean enough and stocked with the appropriate supplies. KH
We both ordered steaks: she chose the ribeye, and I lucked out with the end‑cut prime rib. Both were cooked absolutely perfectly, and the side dishes were just as impressive. And the presentation? Just WOW—beautifully done and far beyond what we expected.
We also tried a few of their specialty cocktails, each crafted with precision and full of flavor. As amazing as the food and drinks were, the service somehow managed to top both. Our waitress was fun, witty, and incredibly informative. Unfortunately, after two outstanding cocktails and the realities of getting older, I can’t recall her name—but she was fantastic.
This restaurant is an absolute must‑try for both locals and visitors. My deepest apologies for taking so long to return. What a wonderful date night!
Drinks were delightful and creative. Wonderful wine selection. Food was delicious and filling with a great presentation
We will be back soon. Maybe 5 stars if the wait lessens
For food we ate steaks for dinner and cream brulee for dessert. Very tasty.
