Never had pizza hut until this week. Maybe I got lucky and the 2 times Ive ordered they weren’t busy but their pizza has been phenomenal (compared to other chain pizza places).
Good online coupons too, though wish they had a pizza and wings one.

This was sour first time at this location we came here for our daughters birthday and ate in and they were so amazing really good customer service and asked if we needed anything, Cory was awesome he heard it was our daughters birthday and let her pick out a 2 liter soda, also when I asked if they could cut the pizza smaller slices he made it happen he has amazing customer service, Micheal was also really good he asked us several times if we needed help, these worked went above and beyond, we’ll be coming here more often.

Pizza was ok, I ordered wings, didn’t think they were boneless but they probably were? Anyways the wings were gross looking in a soppy liquid mess.

Literally the worst service. Got sent the wrong pizza. They won’t make it right, had people waiting on pizza, so I had to call and they made me pay again, and due to having an office full of people I had no choice. Rachelle the manager is maybe the most rude person I have ever come into contact with when it comes to a customer service oriented business.

We were really looking forward to eating at pizza hut and enjoying their salad bar with our pizza. However, after our experience, Take out is highly recommended! Dining in was more like a picnic minus the bugs. Staff was either having a rough day or they don’t like to have dine in customers. We were lucky to receive the paper plates and paper towels, I asked for, with our 1 medium pizza. No plastic utensils, no pepper flakes, no parmesan cheese, no cups, no ice, only bottled drinks. Pizza was delicious so we’ll order again in the future, but only for take out! My expectations were definitely disappointed from what we’ve had previously.

Placed an order online when to pick it up and the lady working at 4:45pm on 9/10 said she would not accept that price and we would have to pay tripple the price. I went to the other store and they said they would honor it then said so sorry that offer is only good until 5pm. Also the guy at the other location said the lady at this location was probably pocketing the money.

Worst food I have ever received. The wings were not even sauced. They were dry and there was hardly any sauce on them. My meat lovers pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way, and the pepperoni one was burnt. I will never order from here again.

I usually have no problem with the Pizza Hut on Addison. Today was a different story. I ordered two pizzas for delivery and when they arrived at my house, one of them was as pictured below. I’m assuming the driver got hungry? Who knows. However, I immediately called the store and the manager asked that I bring it in, so I did. They made me a new pizza right away. I probably won’t order take out from them anymore.

Honestly, for the price of a medium pizza and a large pizza and breadsticks and it being 50 bucks is horrible. Definitely worth going to a different place for pizza because that’s stupid.
