I’m writing to share a frustrating experience at this Chipotle location. During posted operating hours, the restaurant was closed to customers. However, when I looked inside, employees were clearly present and standing around, but the doors remained locked and no explanation was provided.
As a customer, this is confusing and inconvenient. If the location needs to close temporarily, there should be clear signage explaining why and when it will reopen. Otherwise, it gives the impression of poor management and lack of consideration for customers’ time.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that better communication and consistency with operating hours can be ensured moving forward.

Review for Chipotle – Visit on 7/29/25, around 6:25 PM
I came to this Chipotle location around 6:25 PM and had a very disappointing experience. There was only one person preparing food while at least seven other employees stood around eating, drinking, and doing nothing to help. No one greeted me or any other customer—no “hello,” no “how are you,” nothing. The staff looked unprofessional, wearing visibly dirty clothes and using their shirts to wipe their hands.
The cleanliness of the store was unacceptable. There wasn’t a single clean table available. The floor was filthy with food scattered everywhere. Even the outdoor patio area was dirty and had no clean seating options.
To make things worse, the drink station was a mess. There were no beverages available—lemonade, tea, and fountain drinks were all empty, and no one seemed to care to refill them. The restaurant also had no utensils or napkins out. When I asked for napkins, they handed me two small ones and didn’t bother to restock the dispenser.
This place feels neglected every time I visit, yet they still charge high prices while giving very small portions—especially when it comes to meat. It’s ridiculous. I could get better service, cleaner conditions, and more generous portions from a food truck.
The food wasn’t fresh, and I couldn’t even finish my meal. I felt disgusted by the environment. I honestly wish I could get a refund. I won’t be coming back.

If I had the option to give 0 stars I would’ve chose to do so. I came in earlier this evening and tried to get my usual order I receive every time I have come to this location. I have never had an issue before but after tonight, I will never be coming back and I HIGHLY recommend NOT coming here ESPECIALLY during the night shift. The workers were all in a haze, dropping containers on the floor and not even attempting to clean them. There was plenty of time left in the stores hours yet, there was no rice, protein or veggies available and the workers refused to make more for the guests before me. The not so cheery on top of my whole experience was when I finally arrived home and began to enjoy my meal when I was struck with a horrific surprise… a piece of sharp ended plastic mixed with what I can assume was the lettuce. My heart sunk as the foreign object I feared was glass struck the roof of my mouth and I quickly spit out the rest that was still in my mouth. I completely lost my appetite and fear for any others who might have experienced the same before me. Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Whoever is in change of these delinquents should be punished along with all the other oblivious employees who were working there this evening.

Store isn’t open on time. Many people have left.
EDIT: they opened the door twenty minutes late. The person who opened the door walked past all the people that were waiting, not even acknowledging us. When we went in, half of the food wasn’t ready, and the other half looked AWFUL. The fajita veggies looked like they had been buried in dirt before being placed in the display case. The beans literally looked like vomit.
I asked for a manager so I could submit a complaint. When I told him my frustrations, he just shrugged his shoulders and said we are short staffed. The gentleman said that they couldn’t open until food was ready. First of all, you guys open at the same time every day; how do you not have food prepared? Why aren’t you updating your customers? I get it, things happen, but no one even bothered to acknowledge us. And, for them to display the old regurgitated garbage is honestly pathetic. Yall opened late, there is no excuse to be unprepared.

Been here a few times. Came here once about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be opened, and the door was still locked. I knocked, someone finally came to the door and unlocked it. Didn’t say a word to me. Didn’t open the door. Just unlocked it and walked away. I went to order and they had queso sitting there with the other food, crusted over from the night before. From the night before, no doubt. There was no meat ready. I asked for steak, and they said “we’re cooking chicken right now.” I left. I went back today, again minutes after they opened, and I got the carne asada. I should have known better, because I took one look at it and I could tell it wasn’t fresh. It looked gray and dry. Sure enough, when I sat down to eat I ended up spitting out more than half of the steak because it was tough and chewy. There’s no way it was fresh. I’ve worked food service. I know it isn’t easy. But the staff seems miserable. I’ve been here a few times and it’s not typical of what I’ve come to expect at Chipotle.

Extremely unprofessional and racist. They put a black boy on shift who apparently did not know how to operate the place just that he spoke English. He accused me instead of asking me and had no courtesy in issuing my refund! He was rude and refused to give his name as the manager. I informed him I was a google review with a massive following and I will make a report after him speaking more tough talk walking away I recovered the place and told them they will be viral foe accessible rude conduct.

Meat was mainly grisly. No pico. Watched my food sit for 10+ minutes on the line. Preparer gave extra to customer in front of me but would not do the same for me when asked then slammed my food down in front of me. Dirty floor, tables, and drink station. $30+ dollars for lousy food and service in a dirty dining room. This has occurred 2 other times. Not going back.

The food was great, and the location was fabulous. Located near the Tanger outlets , new development all around. Safe area. Service was ok. The business was dirty! Plenty of staff working, but too lazy to clean food off the floors or wipe dirty tables, overflowing trash. Decided to eat in my car to avoid the nastiness. Come on, management do better.
