We pulled into the drive through and nobody said anything to us for 5 minutes. We said, ‘Hello?’ and someone said, ‘It’s gonna be awhile.’ We asked what that meant and they repeated themselves so we said, ‘5 minutes, 15 minutes…?’ They said “We got a lot of orders.”

We didn’t bother ordering. The lack of communication and customer service was enough to know that the food and experience was going to be bad.

Literally the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, but the only one fairly close. Order always comes back wrong, and when you try to bring it up to staff, they argue back that it isn’t their problem because you ‘didn’t order correctly’. Like, I’m reading my order off of a note, I’m certain I specified hot, not iced, and you rushed me forward before I could see my full order on the screen. Generally rude and unprofessional staff. Got an entire wrong food item today, again. Every time I go back there, thinking it can’t get worse, it does.

At 8:20 I Ordered a large frozen coffee and an iced coffee was told they were out of iced coffee so I ordered a large and a medium frozen coffee we waited at the window for about 5 minutes to be told they could only make the medium with whipped cream the drink wasn’t frozen it was runny and there was a tiny amount of liquid whipped cream on it. I tried calling after and no one answered the phone. The reviews of this place speak for themselves.

i believe it’s time district brings a new manager into this location specifically. instead of district showing up and giving failing scores and also seeing how the store is running so poorly for a multitude of reasons. i think it’s time to make a shift in management because it seems whoever is responsible of managing this location specifically along with being given chance after chance to do better is visibly not equipped with the qualifications to run a business effectively or efficiently and clearly not equipped of being able to have growth in the position in order for the company itself to benefit and to grow from. i believe whoever is managing this location is responsible as to why operations are running so unbelievably poorly there.

Just went to this dunkin and ordered a small iced cereal milk latte with half oat milk. I order this very often at other Dunkin’s and specifically say the cereal milk is just too sweet for me. At the ordering box for the drive thru the employee argued with me saying they can’t make that for me. I am also a barista so I questioned, “you can’t just make the cereal milk latte but do half oat milk and half cereal milk?” To which the employee said “that would be a different drink” so I said, “ok…. So can you just make that drink??”.

As I pulled up to the window to pay, it was left open and I heard/watched the employee complain about my order and make fun of it with the customer inside at the counter.

I told the employee that I no longer wanted the drink and left. I don’t like to complicate things for people but I am also a barista and know this is a very simple request that every other Dunkin I have gone to has done. No reason to argue about it then be actively making fun of it while I wait for the drink.

This is a great location it’s on a rotary and it’s close to the shopping mallI love Dunkin’ Donuts but I’m for sure the Customer Service it’s really loud here. The employees are always talking about their personal lives and their personal issues and I think that when you go to work if you don’t express yourself about your personal life you go to work. In regards of that they didn’t do my order right so i hope next time they’ll do better.
