The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

I recently visited BB.Q Chicken, and I found it to be a solid experience with plenty of room for growth.
The service was one of the standout features: sincere, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. It made the meal more enjoyable, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. The draft Asahi beer was refreshing and paired nicely with the meal.
As for the food, the chicken wings were decently fried with a good crispy texture, but unfortunately, I found the special sauce chicken to be a bit over-sauced, particularly on the sweeter side. I opted for the secret sauce and the spicy original wings, and while the flavors were fresh, the sweetness was a bit overwhelming, even for the spicy original flavoring – which did not seemed over-sauced. The seasoning kind of overshadowed the natural flavors of the chicken, and I think a bit more balance, perhaps dialing back on the sweetness, would elevate the dish.
This could be partially on me for not asking more questions about the sauce options, so I’m curious to explore the menu further and see what other savory options are available. I’m optimistic that if the sauces were toned down or more balanced, these wings could be really impressive. For now, I’d rate the wings 3/5, as they were good but a bit over-seasoned for my taste.
That said, there’s a lot of promise here. The freshness and attention to detail are clear, and I look forward to trying different items in the future. BB.Q Chicken definitely has the potential to become something even better with just a bit of refinement!

I love BB.Q Chicken! I know it’s a franchise but this is hands down the best location I’ve been to. Their wings are lightly battered, extra crispy, and the chicken is always so juicy. The rose tteokbokki is really good too. The staff are attentive and friendly, and the restaurant itself is spacious and very clean. Highly recommend if you love kfc.

I’m from and live in Jersey, so the competition is pretty thick when it comes to Korean fried chicken. This batch was airy, crispy, flavorful and moist. It didn’t give that heavy feeling like some places do. Best Korean fried chicken to date!! We devoured it! The soy garlic chicken and fries dumplings were my personal favorites! Great atmosphere too! Our servers were attentive and ready serve us. Extremely friendly and sweet.

Great experience here with my friend! She ordered the Mala wings and got ddeokbokki for the table. I got kalbi wings. They weren’t too spicy, just very salty so I drank a lot of water. It was really crunchy and flavorful, almost a flavor overload for my tastebuds.
I went back and they botched my order, so they gave me complimentary fries while I waited for my food. The kimchicken bowl was heavy on the gochujang but delicious! More filling than the wings usually are and the same price.
The ramen is spicier than shin ramen. So just be prepared to drink a lot of water! My bowl of ramen also came with kimchi.
I tried their rice cake and sausage skewers for the first time, and it was quite tasty! The mala wings are by far my fave even tho they’re not technically Korean. So happy the last time I went. Our waiter Liam was very polite and attentive as well. The ambiance is the same, just noticed a few tables were slow to be cleaned up.

We came here because we thought this was where the burgers used to be, not disappointed!! We had the Sausage and Rice Cake skewers! They had Vienna sausages and were quite spicy. I had the Kimchi ramen- I like that they put the kimchi on the side! It was spicy! He had the “boneless wings” and was expecting small, dried out, boneless bites. We were wrong! These boneless wings were massive, flavorful and juicy! I’d definitely come back!!
