Ordered tenders after waiting 30 minutes not good in taste they should have been fresh plus tenders were so small in size. Staff not friendly and service was Horrible. They person taking care of the drive through was very nice.

Went in to place a to go order. The cashier rung me up and stated he didn’t know how to add the coupon I presented so he went to get a manager. After a few minutes manager who stated he’s the general manager named Zach came up and stated I couldn’t use the coupon for the fill up but I could if I got the combo. He walked off and once again the cashier stated he didn’t know how to change the order. After several minutes I asked him to get the manager again. I asked him why did he just walk off like I wasn’t there instead of completing my transaction? His response was I went back to fill some drive through orders. He proceeded to ring up my order and I paid. This picture is the hard dried up 3 piece the manager boxed up. I asked him to make fresh, he stated it’ll be 10 minutes, I replied ok! Also received dried out macaroni and cheese. I showed it to him and requested the fresh macaroni he just pulled out because he could see it’s obviously been sitting. He stated “No, I can’t do that because you opened it!” How else would I see the food was old without opening the lid? So I asked for a refund he stated “No, I can’t refund it either, you can call customer service!” During the entire time the food remained on the counter but he refused to take it back. I don’t know who hired him but he needs to be fired because he definitely shouldn’t be in a management position due to his poor communication skills, inability to control his attitude, and no regard for the poor quality food he’s giving customers. I’ll dispute with my bank. Won’t return and I don’t recommend.

One star is being generous the food I got made me throw up. It was absolutely disgusting. It had been made at lunch and I didn’t get it until late evening. biscuit so hard you could use them as hockey pucks Chicken, I’m pretty sure it was made before I was born macaroni and cheese was so overcooked. It was just shy or burnt not to mention my potato wedges that were from the 80s and wrapped in hair the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life whoever serve that should not only be fired, but should be banned from the food industry for life. Shouldn’t even be allowed to even cook at home.

Your new honey BBQ chicken tasted OK but your BBQ sauce was way runny and not thick at all like the old style. Why are you making the sauce like water? Your pictures of this bring back chicken has a thick sauce and what I got was not like the pictures at all. NOT A FAN OF YOUR RUNNY SAUCE.

Went through drive-thru last night to get to 4.99 country fry steak.. they were out of coleslaw… Make me take extra mashed potatoes it is not my fault that they were out of coleslaw.. it would not let me pick another side . That was wrong.. we will not be going back to this location

The manager is very rude. Did not like her attitude. Black woman. I did an order, app was giving me problems, so when it finally went throgh, it went throgh as famus. I asked if i could get it extra crispy, they haven’t even started order, so it shouldn’t been a problem, she started yelling at me for that. Will not buy from here again if she’s here.

The customer service was good. They did forget one drink. The chicken was not good at all. Very overcooked or maybe under the warmer way too long. Ordered 4 piece meals and ended up throwing most of the chicken away.
