Very cool place in the middle of nowhere. Mitch was very engaging and entertaining, lots of cool stuff scattered around the saloon and outside. It’s a must stop. Bikers welcome.

Definitely a hidden gem! Mitch knocked it out of the park for Valentines day dinner. The food was stellar, with perfect steaks, the best twice baked potato I’ve ever had and a home made cheesecake for dessert. The cute touches like flowers, candles and live music really made the night special! This was all for such a fair price that I left feeling like a thief!
This place is always -always- fantastic, but really did something amazing last night.

Cool little rustic bar. Great atmosphere and great food! Nestled right on highway 34 with low traffic and high spirit. The owner is so great to talk to and you can tell how passionate he is about getting this place on the map. It’s a must stop for anyone driving on highway 34 or motorcyclists out and about and looking for an out there destination…

A friendly mix of characters make this place a welcoming attraction. Whether you just need a bite to eat or a few drinks to unwind, the Shamrock has what you need. The food is always great and made to order!

Super cool stop on a very pretty but empty highway. The owner, Mitch, was friendly and the renovations inside are looking great. Worth a stop.

Mitch’s place is like an oasis along Wyoming’s backroads. We always stop on our way from Laramie to Wheatland or vice versa. Great food, many upgrades around the place including a fab kitchen & beer colder than your ex’s heart!
Highly recommend you stopping by. Great friendly atmosphere Mitch & his oasis won’t disappoint!

Friday night dinner or the best brisket sandwich and fries in Wyoming. Take your pick. Ask for a LoLo-rita for the best drink in the house.
Can’t give a 5 for the atmosphere until Mitch gets rid of that damn trump cutout …

Stopped here in the early afternoon while on a vacation trip with my folks. The owner, Laura, was a terrific hostess and the bar is comfortable — picture a classic Western-movie saloon, but with neon signs and refrigeration. If I were a local I’d be a regular, but since I’m nowhere near, all I can do is recommend it. I don’t know if I’ve been in a bar I liked better, and I’ve been in a few.

Mitch opened it for us and served us some delicious pulled pork sandwiches he smoked himself even though it wasn’t open!
