I haven’t stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn’t great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you’re trained to make.
I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well.
Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by.
Food better, service is better, it’s clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say.
But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.

Hamburgers were dry and tasted like the meat was from the previous day. Had the same issue at the other Brighton store. Fast food is going down hill. Can’t go anywhere anymore without getting nasty food. Went to McDonald’s and got a clump of hair in my food. Chicken strips were crap as well. Time to cook at home.

Had to sit and think on this but nothing bad to say. Only suggestion is Ketchup should automatically go in bag. Getting home with out ketchup. . . Nothing worse.

Drive thru was a good experience. The people were friendly. The atmosphere was not evaluated as we didn’t go in. The spicy nuggets were tough like they had been under the lamp for a while and the fries were cold and soggy. We went during lunch hour and we were on line for a while but everyone in line were patient.

Customer service was extremely poor!
Every associate waiting for me to use the automated ordering service, instead of taking my order. Sandwiches were sloppy and made with no care, fries were soggy and undercooked.

How you gonna be Wendy’s and not have honey mustard? They have 4 total sauces and they are out of the only one that I like. I wouldn’t have ordered nuggets if I’d had known you’re out of honey mustard. Ridiculous

Well I ordered 2 Wednesday meals with spicy nuggets and only recieved regular nuggets no sauces and no spoons for our frosties… I ask for sauces when I come back and the special spoons but I just get regular spoons only. And I was the only customer there!!! Ridiculous… I paid for the special meal and got a nugget meal without the special stuff ugh

If i could give it 0 I would. The whole staff are rude here and I found a hair in my burger as soon as I unwrapped it. Safe yourself some time and money and avoid this excuse of a Wendy’s smh.

Just bought a caesar salad about an hour and a half ago and ate most of it. When I got down to the bottom there was a bug in my salad. I won’t be returning to this restaurant. So gross!
