I’m going out to eat at this burger king with my family, we ordered 3 bacon king precisely because it has enough bacon, and in this restaurant we had to make a claim, since it seemed strange to us that they had very little bacon, and the manager, made us show him the already obviously bitten burger, and despite this he said that the amount of bacon was not good, that he could count 4 pieces …… that Lack of quality in customer service and response, in addition to the bread was burnt …. we do not recommend this location.

The food was very mid and kinda cold. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget kid’s meal and large fry. They never even asked if I wanted any sauces. They never gave me my drink, so I sat there for a minute or two trying to get their attention. However, the staff was very apologetic and kind and happily fixed this mistake. I got my meal in a fast amount of time, but with no sauce. When I opened my kid’s meal box, I found eight nuggets which was a nice surprise, but I didn’t have sauce to wash down the nasty taste with. I like my nuggets like I like my men, saucy. I was very much disappointed and now my mouth’s too dry.

We been coming to this burger king for along time and all the times we came its been pretty decent food service and all, 2weeks ago we stopped by here and ordered and dined in, we were the only ones here, we waited and waited, I got up to see what was taken so long, and the worker ask if he can help me and I said waiting on our food, they lost our order so we waited longer, not only did we have to wait they were out of most of the sodas, the ketcup dispenser was out, and trying to get help you had to wait forever..plus the store was colder than outside so your freezing..
We came back today thinking the last time we came might of been a off day for the store…nope it was just as bad today as last time, freezing inside the store, we felt bad for the workers… it wouldn’t surprise me if this store isn’t on its last leg and shutting done, we wont be coming back

Your experience will depend on what time of day you go and who is working. I’ve found that most times if you go during the day, you’ll have long wait times (I waited over 15 minutes one time), your order will be wrong or missing a lot of stuff, it’ll be luke warm or hard like it’s been sitting a while. I would get cheesy tots or mozzarella fries and the cheese wouldn’t be melted. Then when you say anything the manager just walks away after giving an apology that leaves you fuming.
I rarely go inside, but the couple times that I have, they were always out of most everything in their soda machine, and I’m talking major brands! Dr Pepper, Sprite, and Coke i believe. I asked them at the counter if they had Dr Pepper in the drive thru and could fill my drink for me. The other thing about going inside is you have to wait forever before anyone will be bothered to come help you. I watched customers come in and wait at the counter while the worker was cleaning tables. The worker watched them walk in, but continued to clean all the tables before he slowly made his way to the front, then he went in the back for a little bit before coming back out to help the customers. I was dumbfounded.
On the complete polar opposite, if you go in the evening when Carlos is working, the food is hot, your order is correct, he’s sincere in his apologies when they are taking a little while to get your food to you or they are out of something. He’s always incredibly nice and makes sure i have a great experience when I go there. I don’t know what he’s doing different, but he needs a raise and he needs to be the one retraining everyone else there. I gave it 3 stars because it would be 1 without him. When he’s working, I’d give it a 4.5. So expect a 1 star if you go during the day, unless they change something.

I ordered three Bacon King burgers. After trying the food, I felt it lacked enough bacon. I went and spoke to an employee to express my concern, and he said I needed to speak with the store manager. The manager told me that the burger is supposed to have six strips of bacon, but since I had already eaten some, he couldn’t verify the exact amount, and he thought there were only four. He then offered me two more strips in a dismissive manner, which I declined. It’s unfortunate that such a good franchise is being affected by poor management.

DO NOT go inside to order. We made that mistake and for every inside order filled they filled 6-7 drive thru orders. There was 3 people filling the orders just running around doing nothing because the cooks couldn’t keep up. A good manager would have had one of them start helping on the cooking line. We waited for 15 minutes for 4 Whopper Jr’s and 2 chicken fries. The burgers sat in the bag for 5 minutes because someone forgot to start cooking the chicken fries.

We showed up and we were the only ones there. It took them like 5 minutes to crawl out of their caves from out back. They were fully
Staffed too. We made 2 separate orders and thought it would be fast because we were the only ones. But na they were totally unprepared. Took half an hour to make our food. Their excuse was that the grill wasn’t working. But that’s nonsense since they had all the time in the world to get things fixed. Soda machine in the lobby, empty as well. While we waited for our food more customers showed up and had the same terrible experience as us. Oh and once we got our food, it was cold from sitting out too long. They said that they were waiting on fries but mind you they were just on their phones.

Our fries were burnt and dry like they were thrown back in the fryer after they expired it’s just kinda upsetting when you’re served food that you can’t enjoy and end up throwing away. Also the dinning room temperature was extremely cold like they were trying to discourage people from dining there. If that’s the goal they succeeded, I’ll take my family to In-N-Out next time.

This Burger King needs help. 25 minutes to get a burger out. All drinks were out and they kept saying it was broken. When I asked for a refund, he all of a sudden fixed the drinks. Customer service is bad. They work really hard running around and stuff but efficiency is seriously lacking. I won’t be back.
