The smash cheeseburger tastes good. The fried chicken sandwich was a tad odd. How do they make the “crust” be bigger than the chicken? Like chicken, air, then the “crust” around the edges. The curly fries are good and the regular fries are good.

If you are on the go and need a quick bite this locations is a YES! Had a really great interaction with the sweet cashier. I got a burger that they let me customize which makes it even better! The regular size drink was really large so I can only imagine how much fresh beverage you get on a large. Cheese Burger was tasty and the team was lavish in their toppings, which I always appreciate. Great bun and the curly fries are crispy and the vision of fried greatness you would expect.

Look at this. Apparently jack changed their sizes and the JITB drink is a large. It’s about the same size as McDonald’s large and yet they charged me 1.20$ to upgrade to this!!!! And still had the nerve to ask if wanted to pay another 50¢ to upgrade it to the old large size.
I get that Whataburger drink and extra sausage with my breakfast bowl for the same price I paid for a burrito and large drink at Whataburger. This was not worth it and I’m really mad that I paid for it. Do not go here if you value your money

Took about 10 minutes for them to take our order. Ordered med curly fry n 2 drinks. Took 10 minutes to get the fries. No they weren’t busy. Was me and a couple. The lady working was very snappy w the lady that was already in there eating. Bad thing was she was only trying to give them money back. Turned out they gave to much change. $8.01 to much to be exact. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Ordered through Uber eats, just a drink bundled with another order and had this written on my delivery sticker. Firstly it’s none of your business if I choose to order delivery for convenience. Secondly it’s hot as hell in Texas right now. I didn’t want to go out in it. But I could have disabled and this could be a major issue. Talk to you employee’s please!

The employee that worked tonight was absolutely amazing! One note tho, whoever manages this is specific location is the worst person ever. The poor employee was by himself, taking orders, making drinks, and preparing the orders himself. We were waiting in line wondering what was taking so long. We were joking the employee must be alone, and behold, he was in fact alone. I want to reiterate, the employee was AMAZING, but the manager should care about their employees much more.

This Jack In The Box should train the rest! I have never had better service at a Jack In The Box than the service I receive here EVERYTIME. The staff are helpful, polite, and efficient. My food is always warm and well made. Thank you guys!

Did a online order went to get my food then lady ask for the online order name then I show her the name she slung my food and did not want to give her name that is not how you do you job this is the lady that was very disrespectful I’m 3 hours away from home with a 2 mouth old baby in the hospital nobody shouldn’t have to go through this.
