Ordered the Orange chicken dinner (with 2 crab ragoons and a Vess can soda).

The main dish was nice, nothing to special about it. There was little pieces of broccoli with the chicken.
I thought it came with pork fried rice (which I selected) but it was just regular fried rice.
I dont think Crab Ragoons are supposed to look like and taste like a conglomerate mess of bull. I dont know what I expected.

The dinners also doesn’t come with fortune cookies anymore 🙁

Theres also a ridiculous convenience fee for almost $2 that I had to pay even though I ordered take out online

I recently visited this restaurant and decided to try the roasted duck. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The duck tasted more like a boiled, bland turkey or chicken rather than the authentic, crispy-skinned, juicy, and savory roasted duck I was expecting.

On a positive note, their fried food is excellent, which might be worth trying if you visit. However, the dine-in experience left much to be desired. The atmosphere didn’t feel welcoming, and there were numerous gambling advertisements, which detracted from the family-friendly vibe they seem to aim for.

Additionally, I was quite put off by the sign stating there are no refunds if you don’t like your food. To make matters worse, there was no public restroom available, which was a significant inconvenience, especially since I was traveling and really needed one.

Ordered online on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived in about 20 minutes and order was ready. Got the beef fried rice and it was just okay not a lot of seasonings not a lot of meat or onions. Also got the gizzards. They were delicious. They were cooked perfectly and not to dry but was still Krispy.
I probably would not buy rice again but definitely will buy some gizzards.

My experience here could be summed up as expensive and disappointing. I ordered a special jumble Saint Paul sandwich with cheese and cheese fries. The service is slow. I waited almost an hour for my order, and the place was well-staffed and not at all busy. I paid nearly 17 dollars for a sandwich and fries. There was nothing special about the food that wasn’t worth the price. With the best Wing Stop in town and Lee’s nearby, there’s no logical reason to waste your hard-earned money at this place. You will not save money at this place. Eat something good like IMO’s, Lee’s, or Wing Stop. You deserve it!

So I live this place, especially the egg rolls, but on 3 1 4 day they disappointed big time. No organization at all, at least 5 people working and still had to wait over and hour for my food. I called in my order a 538 p.m arrived at 610 didn’t get my food until 650. The kicker for me was me asking for 1 free soda due to the wait and spending $59.00 this girl said with a smile, I’m sorry we don’t do that girl are y’all serious. I’m so disappointed in them rn….. do better people like myself been patronizing your business since the early 2000’s this was crazy. And be better prepared for a holiday like 3 1 4 day I wasn’t the only one waiting over an hour for my order.

UPDATE: I ordered again and my order was ready for pickup. Glad to see improvement with the pick up times. Thanks Oriental Chop Suey.

The food at this place is really good and I appreciate that they offer Vegan options. However, if you plan to order online for pick-up, I suggest ordering at least 15 minutes ahead of time. I ordered my food online for a pick-up at 5pm, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive my order until 5:25pm. Interestingly, a lady who ordered when I entered received her food and left before I did. That alone made this a three star review. I’m trying to be understanding, maybe they simply forgot that my order was supposed to be ready at 5. However, I would appreciate if they were honest about why it wasn’t ready on time. When people plan ahead and schedule a pickup time, they expect it to be respected. Waiting for almost 30 minutes after the scheduled time is frustrating. Despite all this, I still recommend giving this place a try, but make sure to plan ahead in the future as I plan to do. I will update my review if their timing improves!

The hot food is ok. Vegetables are always undercooked. Small portions. Some chicken dishes have multiple pieces that taste like old re-heated chicken. People are friendly. Prices are a little high for the low quality of food. I haven’t ate all the dishes so I can’t speak for all the food.
