Wow what a great place to grab lunch in Brandenburg. We try to go to different places as we visit towns across the US, but our next visit to Kentucky will include another stop at Docs. Thank you for the hospitality and speed of service.

We walked in around 2 o’clock and immediately were sat. A very nice atmosphere and very very clean. I was blown away by all of the options on the menu. I had no idea. I was expecting just barbecue they have so many choices. I had the meatloaf and my best friend had brisket. I cannot wait to go back and try something else. Hands-down one of the best places I’ve eaten in Brandenburg.

Went here on a whim and was not disappointed. My wife got the baked potato with pork and cheese and it was the biggest potato I’ve ever seen. She could barely eat half of it. I got the chicken and fries and it was fantastic. The other two in our party got kids meals with chicken tenders and a side. They were the biggest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen. They both loved then plus the side they got. I can’t recommend this place enough.

We stopped here today for lunch. I had the brisket plate with potato salad and coleslaw. The brisket was very tender and I liked it a lot. The coleslaw was very liquidy but it was very good. I was not fond of the potato salad but my boyfriend liked it. He had the bowl lunch special with pulled pork and liked it a lot. The waitress was very attentive and the food was served very quickly. The restaurant itself was very clean.

Wow, what an awesome dinner. I got the 8 oz sirloin with 4 ribs, baked potato and corn on the cob. The ribs were smoked and wonderful. The steak was made to order and tasted great. The potato was huge and soft and fluffy and the corn was soft and sweet.
The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The crowd wasn’t large yet but we got there around 4is. Chad was polite and very helpful. All in all was a terrific birthday meal and fun time with my husband, daughter and son in law. I will defiantly go back and I suggest you do to.

Doc’s BBQ is a nice family BBQ restaurant that caters to the local crowd. The menu has a good variety and a kids section as well. One thing that was missing for me was a meat sampler with single meal sized portions. I would have liked to try at least 4 of the meats, but the offerings were too large. There is also a large selection of sides to choose from. I decided on the brisket plate and added ribs. The ribs were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The brisket was very tender and juicy. It was lacking a little with the bark flavor. The house rub wasn’t coming through for me today. The prices are reasonable as well. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.

Really good BBQ. First time we visited and it was really good. Large portions for what you pay. Try the brisket tacos, they were large and really good. We will go back, it was good. If you live in the local area, I would try it!
