It is my first time to get this cafe. When I walked in cafe, thw first the bread smell was really good. The Second they were very kind and very smooth to take order from me. I love this café. I will visit this tropical smoothies cafe again, soon.

Service was great but the atmosphere was awful. Immediately I noticed the strobe effect from the ceiling fans being placed directly over the ceiling lights throughout the dining area. It was unsettling, and dizzying, but I couldn’t help thinking of someone with epilepsy coming in. The owner should seriously think of an alternative to using the fans, if not a remodel for the ceiling completely.
While waiting for our food, we went to one of the high tops. It was worn down, and sticky.

Half the time I have to go get my smoothie remade because it will have no flavor and tastes like nothing but ice but today with my food was on a whole other level of laziness. My Peanut butter banana crunch flatbread was not only made as messy as possible but the rotten banana they put on it wasn’t even cut up….. The franchise needs to come in and retrain this owner so this location doesn’t fail. It is in such a prime spot but if the owner is tired then he needs to give it up because these employees aren’t getting better and I don’t see him/her there to make it better. I mean look at all the other reviews.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The food was absolutely delicious—I ordered the Bacon Ranch Turkey Sandwich and paired it with an Island Green Smoothie. Both were fresh and flavorful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. All in all, they did a great job. I’ll definitely be coming back! Only complaint is that they need to have napkins available.

The past four times we have picked up our online order the bowls we have ordered have taken well over 20 minutes past the time when food was supposed to be ready. The most recent visit the place was very dirty with water all over the floor. Employees are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Went this evening to get my 10 year old daughter a hummus veggie wrap. She just had one the other day and loved it. She hasnt eaten meat her entire life and hasn’t had any desire to. We got home and she began eating her wrap only to begin spitting it out. There was chicken throughout. She was extremely upset. I have attempted to call the store multiple times with no success of reaching someone to discuss this with.

Today was my first trip in years to this location. I stood in line by myself for 15 minutes, while 3 employees remained busy, so I ordered online. 30 minutes later I’m told my smoothie was almost ready. 15 minutes later my order can’t be found. Finally my melted smoothie is found, it was left by the cash register at some point, and handed to me. 1 hour wait for a melted overpriced smoothie in 100 degree weather.

All my drinks was not full and then I was missing a drink went in they gave me a drink without coco and looked disgusting and said they had nun. My food was dry barley Any sauce on it and the staff was not very polite or seem like they cared at all. Looks like my order was rushed just because it was a mobile order … disappointed.
