First time we stopped at this particular diner. Don’t let the outside stop you from going in. We found the inside to be clean and everyone friendly. Specials daily. Breakfast served all day but after 11am…$1.00 more! We had breakfast..spinach and cheddar cheese omelet,full of cheese and plenty of spinach. and meat lovers omelet.The meat lovers omelet had plenty of ham,bacon,sausage and cheese. I especially liked their hash browns which were cooked perfect, slightly browned and not too crispy. Our server was friendly and very attentive. She even brewed me fresh decaf coffee. Prices comparable to other diner. Their menu had plenty of choices. Really a pleasant experience.
One item to note: 2% charge for use of credit card. There was also a 10% Veterans discount. We certainly will stop here again when in the area.

I stopped in for a quick breakfast. Kathy, my server was great. Super efficient and very personable! Service was fast and everything was tasty. Nothing like breakfast comfort food to start a frigid February day of right!

Nothing like a classic diner to enjoy breakfast with your family! We’re from out of town and wanted a good breakfast spot the City Star Diner did not disappoint! Delicious breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Our coffee cups were always full and the service was great!

Our go-to spot during soccer tournaments! Great old-fashioned diner with awesome service. The Western & Mediterranean omelettes are delicious (add bacon!) and the pancakes are fluffy perfection. Highly recommend A++++!

Didn’t particularly care for the food. Not very flavorful and brought me the wrong entree. Waitress was nice, but not very knowledgeable about the menu.
On my way to the restroom things just looked dirty. A sign in the bathroom said to flush 3 times. Five didn’t even do it properly.

I like this place. I’ve been there a few times. Twice now, I’ve been forgotten for coffee refills, and once for ordering. Nice waitress, but I didn’t seem to register on the radar. Sometimes this is more about being where you are seen and appreciated. It definitely works well for others, and the food is really good.

My wife and I ate there today. Let’s be clear, crystal clear. I am not a “Karen” just my 100% honest opinion. Now here we go. The place was not busy at all. Plenty of open seats, and no waiting to be seated.
We ordered a simple meal, eggs potatoes pancakes etc. 28 minutes later we were served. My 2 over easy eggs were cold and under cooked. Pancakes were rubbery and hard to cut. The “sausage” was terrible. I mean gag in your mouth terrible .
Not sure what happened today but definitely was not there best day.
