Service and atmosphere do not apply. i had it delivered with Uber Eats. Yes, I ordered very late (1245am), but they were listed as open, so I expected a nice big plate of Flautas. They were the smallest I’ve ever encountered and for the price absolutely ridiculous. I asked for extra sour cream, and that didn’t happen. I ordered refried beans only to get mushy black beans. The biggest insult was the churros. Literally one churro broken in half, and they charged what you would typically get 4 or 6 full ones. The biggest disappointment was the food quality. The flautas had only a miniscule amount of chicken that I had to look hard to find it. At first, I thought they were empty, just the tortilla. Visiting from Buffalo and getting stranded after flight was canceled, but I figured I’d warn others before they make the same mistake I did. Spent $ 30 some dollars for a $7 dollar meal if that.

First time ordering from this restaurant out of south end eats. I like south end eats because I can pay and order online and pick up out of a locker with no hassle. I was in the mood for something different and I’m glad I tried this tonight, it really hit the spot I got both food and dessert, the beef barria pizzadilla and a churro. 10/10

This is a mix kitchen business with a bunch of small kitchen serving pic up and delivery. Ordered through the restaurant website for pickup. After 20 minutes, I checked with the front desk and the order was “never received”. CC was charged and I had an email receipt. After 5 more minutes, I asked for an updated and the chef “went on break and they couldn’t find him”.
Avoid this place. Hopefully it won’t exist much longer.

Was starving for some tacos picked this place specifically cause of the hours were late night and open .. very disappointing I tried eating another taco after the first one think I got a bad taco but no taste like motor oil left a bad after taste in my mouth .. thought I could depend on the rice and beans .. no .. just know I’m still hungry

Please save your money and don’t eat anything from here. If you read this and still order, you will remember my words as you finish your $25 burrito that tastes like it was made by a 7 year old. FIRST RED FLAG WAS THAT THEY SERVED US A BURRITO WITH CURLY FRIES??!? Let’s act like that’s not the weirdest combination ever… well the burrito’s rice was cold and crunchy, cheese wasn’t melted, every bite of carne asada was fatty and chewy, basically all the inedible white pieces of meat. This is an absolute disgrace to the kitchen industry and lots of taste buds around CLT.

Horrible experience. I came to pick up an order. I checked in and waited. After about 20 mins someone for Los Sabrosos came up front and said it would be 5 minutes. I waited at least another 30 mins. I tried calling them, they answered then hung up. They proceeded to only text me saying “the order was taken away”. Cowards would not come out to speak to me, and didnt offer anything to remedy the situation.

Quesadilla The chicken inside was old with a suspicious odor. The chicken was so dry I literally couldn’t chew it. The lettuce and tomato were also old with a bitter taste. Food that’s not fresh shouldn’t be sold so for my health I will never order again.
