I like Pizza Hut’s pizza! All the times I ate there, I was satisfied with the pizza.
3.5 stars is more accurate.
If they could open up their small buffet, make the dine in area clean, a fix the place up a bit, I would go there more. The dine in area isn’t too well kept.

The sheer nostalgia!
I was transported back to when I was a kid in the 90s seeing the inside of this place. They looked like they, at one point, had a salad bar and a party room, but likely due to covid and the pandemic, they weren’t really a thing there anymore, which was unfortunate, but I wanted to eat there anyhow, and Im glad I did! Fantasticly happy staff, great pizza.

We ordered online and they forgot the hot wings, no big deal right? That’s what we thought until I called and got put on hold for 25 minutes! The problem is that they aren’t usually busy so there should be no reason to be put on hold for that long. They wouldn’t answer me so my dad called and he started telling them that they forgot the wings. I don’t really remember exactly but then the guy who picked up then said something along the lines of “You don’t know how many problems we have going on right now.” And then HUNG UP! After that we both called back until somebody finally took me off of hold and said they would deliver our wings. I don’t know who picked up the phone but she said she would deliver us 16 wings instead of 8 wings as we originally ordered. Whatever girl that answered the phone from 7:10 – 7:20 on Friday, July 25th, 2025 deserves a raise. The food was very good which is why I give this review a 2 star instead of a 1 star, but say the food sucked I would give this a 0 if possible.

The Ephrata Pizza Hut has always been amazing I couldn’t wait for them to reopen from their repairs of the fire. But then I was told that Michaela and team had transferred to the new holland location!! It’s a little bit of a hike but that team has always been amazing and I know that they will do amazing things no matter what Pizza Hut they are at!! I ordered from there and it was amazing and then the ephrata Pizza Hut reopened and guess who I saw?? Michaela!! Amazing!! Great food and great service always! Keep her and give her and her team a raise!

was happy to see a dine in available but you are basically self serve out of boxes. Pizza was twice the price from the sign posted on the window, we couldn’t find how much the breadsticks were – anywhere. I got 2 pizzas, 2 family breadsticks and a two liter for $77 dollars (before tip). Prices are way too high. Staff appearances needed cleaned up. Oh and the chairs are ready to fall apart an minute. Young teens were hanging out with staff in “movie room”. Unpleasant dining experience all around.

The last 3 times I have ordered pizza from this pizza hut, my order has been wrong. They make you pay $1 extra for pan pizza, and all 3 times I did…yet they gave me regular or flat bread pizza. I gave the benefit of the doubt the last 2 times. But this last time they not only didnt get the crust right, AGAIN, they also didn’t put on the toppings that I ordered. I will never order from this location again, and id advise you to save your money and buy elsewhere

Driving past the other day and saw the sign posted in the window that a Lg pan pizza was 12.99. Found on line that this location offered diner in, expected a ‘normal’ dinning in experience. You are able to sit in the building, but don’t be fooled into thinking this is a fine in restaurant… it isn’t. You order at the counter, they will deliver your food…. But in take home boxes/containers. Got no plates, napkins, cutlery. My husband ordered the pizza…. knowing the sign in the window said 12.99. He paid while I wiped a table clean, since the vast majority were dirty from previous customers. When I saw the bill we were charged double the cost for our pizza! When I asked on our way out to have our bill adjusted to reflect the advertised price. I was told you have to ask for that price/have a coupon. No where on the sign does it say anything about needing a coupon or asking to get the price they are advertising!! Staff refused to void out and then re-ring us up with the correct price. Really poor customer service!!!!!

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. No service inside. Pay and eat out of the bags and boxes in the dining area that hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Gas stations quality bathrooms. Cleanliness and quality sub-par. Don’t stop, disgusting place to eat.
