My order was wrong, so I went inside to let them know and the 3 guys just kept looking at me and not acknowledging me. After all of them looked at me I went outside and drove around to go back through the drive thru. I told them the order was wrong and it should’ve been the new chicken bacon ranch box and the guy just said ok, took the whole box and put the correct items in it and slammed the window shut after he gave it back. No apologies or anything. Also told me they were out of Baja blast but had a full large Baja blast sitting at the window the whole time. The whole experience was just rude & irritating for no reason.

It took 1 hour for my online order to be ready. The woman behind the counter locked the doors at 8 PM and missed out on multiple customers trying to come inside. It’s posted on the door and online the Dine-in area closes at 10 PM. They did not want to talk to customers or assist in anyway. It was obvious the woman with the long ponytail and headset was trying to leave early. She spent more time looking out the door and ignoring customers than helping get the food out. The food we did receive was old, stale, and hardly had any ingredients. The potatoes were hard and tasted like they had been cooked days ago. The refried beans were hard and crumbly. The tacos had a hint of beef, a few pieces of lettuce, and what appears to be a teaspoon of cheese. The chalupas had a few pieces of chicken. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the Memphis area but now it’s just like the others.

This Taco Bell used to be much better! But like everything else, shrinkflation seems to have hit. They are not putting as much inside of the dishes as they used to. Just a sprinkling of lettuce sprinkling of meat. Not even as much beans and the bean burritos. Still tastes good. It’s just so much less and cost more.

I honestly think this experience ruined Taco Bell for me for life. Two items from their volcano menu a few weeks back, not only did they not have the sauce which makes them volcano items, but BOTH tacos were broken. One was completely broken in half. Additionally, the shells tasted like flat out cardboard. They were soggy and stale at the same time. The fact that a real life person could wrap these up and send them to another real life person to eat is beyond my comprehension.

On top of that:
We had been going to this location versus the one on Stage because we like the drive more, but there has not been a single visit where we didn’t have to get out of the car and go in because we were missing something. In fact, we were missing two items from this order with the broken af tacos.

Also, the Pepsi is consistently poorly mixed – tastes like club soda, and they’re almost always out of Baja blast.

I can’t wait for machines to take over these jobs because no person should be getting paid to do this. Whoever is in charge of overseeing this location – whether it’s local management or the person who is over making sure the region gets the resources it needs – should be absolutely embarrassed.

Arrived at this location at 10:15pm. Ordered and was advised they were out of beef and it would take 15 minutes to cook, they asked if we wanted chicken instead. We said we would wait, because we wanted beef on the Mexican pizzas. We waited 15 minutes and once arrived home there was chicken on the Mexican pizza and no beef. The cheesy fiesta potato’s were old and cold and honestly it looked like someone spit in it or their sour cream was liquidy. There was not way I felt safe letting my child eat that. It is now 10:45 at night, we have thrown together incorrect food and nobody at this location will answer the phone. I just want a refund as I don’t even trust them to not “mess” with my food if they are to fix it. The owner of this franchise really needs to evaluate the employees they have. Every single time we have been there in the evening, the employees are rude, our food is wrong, or something is missing. Whoever owns or manages this location should be very embarrassed. I know better now, and will drive a little further to go to the one on stage. Hoping someone higher up sees this and will make it right.

Ordered a Doritos taco supreme, didn’t come with tomatoes, surprisingly it was a decent warm temperature and sturdy. Went back up there and asked if they could put tomatoes on it and the manager took the bag back and brought it back. Got home to find that this “new” taco is cold as ice and mushy. You can’t even pick it up. Called the store and told her about it but wanted to try to argue with me.

It used to be good to go to, but now it seems the workers don’t want to do their job. For the past few orders I’ve had things missing from it, such as tacos and cinnamon bons. If they do give me the items they make it entirely wrong. It’s not hard to make tacos. The employees seem to be very rude and lazy too:

Great, clean location with fast and efficient service! The food was cooked well and everything tasted fresh. Our order was exact and we were in and out in just a few minutes. My only gripe is that Taco Bell seems to have changed the recipe on their Diablo sauce and it is extremely hot now. I know it is supposed to be hot, but it is a lot hotter than it used to be and the flavor of the sauce is lost to the heat.
