Love this place! We live in Florida and have family in Missouri. On our way home, we drove 2 hours out of our way just to get dinner here. Was it worth it? YES! Our waitress, Teresa, was great, and so was the food! We feel like if you’re within 100 miles of Fat Bottoms BBQ, you should make time to check it out! We always do! You will not be disappointed!

Good atmosphere. It was pretty busy when we visited during cruising the coast. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Great service. Everyone seemed to like working there. Lots of positive and happy attitudes. Great food. I enjoyed my meal and drink (obviously) very reasonably priced. Well kept and clean facility. Would recommend.

Just Ok, wasn’t something we would really write or come back for. Seems like pricing is steep and expensive for the quantity vs quality. 2 cokes for $7 and other price gouging …..I will recommend the brisket sandwich meal because the pulled pork tasted re-reheated. I was really surprised that even the “bushwhacker” drink wasn’t that great. Not sure why all the high reviews.
If you follow my reviews, you know I am straight forward, honest, and provide you with my personal opinion from the experience. Yes I have had a restaurant even threaten to sue me for posting a review they claimed was “embellished”. The case resulted in me deleting a 10yr account on Yelp with 100s of reviews all over the USA because (Yelp) provided no support…However in the end— I won! So now only Google reviews for me as a hobby—hopefully they will allow me to keep it real, honest, factual, and accurate!

Was just driving through and saw this huge BBQ place on the water had to stop. We sat outside to enjoy the awesome weather and view of the beach and gulf of Mexico, the whole atmosphere was great, food was really good would definitely eat there again. The only small issue we had was our server she let us sit for a while before coming to introduce herself..

I was really hoping for a top notch bbq experience, but what I experienced was far from it. We came here with a friend from out of town after reading the reviews. The pulled pork sandwich was dry and not very appetizing. I had to soak mine in a very thin bbq sauce to make it edible. The brisket wasn’t much better either. The outdoor seating area had no breeze and there were no fans to circulate the air. The indoor seating was air conditioned and had fans but there was no seating available. Overall the experience looked and tasted like it is more of a tourist trap in my opinion. This unfortunately is not a place I would return to.

The food was amazing. I got the sampler and brought more than half home. Wife got the pulled pork and couldn’t finish it. The hog fries we received as an appetizer was delicious as well.

Excellent smoked flavor to my Piggy Melt sandwich. The buttery toasted bread was a great choice too for this sandwich. I think it just melted the flavors together perfectly and is a better choice than a bun. My husband had a chicken sandwich and said it was really good too. Drinks were good also. We went a little early so it was not crowded at all. Nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful beach view from outside. Little souviner shop with cups, shot glasses, shirts, and other small items. Oh yeah, prices were reasonable too. Will definitely stop again if we ever return to Biloxi! Almost forgot, our server Brandi was also very polite, professional and checked on us frequently. Manager Dave also checked in to be sure everything was to our expectation!

Even though we ate off the plate slap ya mamas was very good. The waiter Roy was awesome and made sure we had what we needed. I would recommend this place to family, friends and anyone visiting Mississippi coast. We came back to this place! (July 30, 2020) Every time we come to the coast this will be a must!!!

Great barbeque and wonderful atmosphere. My husband and I split a Barbeque sampler and had fries, mac & cheese and okra for sides. The flavors were great and the meats were seasoned and cooked well.

We sat outside at the bar, so the bartender waited on us. The service wasn’t very fast, and we had no BBQ sauce or ketchup at the bar for our meal, but the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Good conversation at the bar. I really enjoyed the pulled pork and chicken wings. The ribs were good, too. My husband preferred the brisket and sausage.

The prices are a little high, but are about the same as most of the other restaurants on the Biloxi beach. If you are in the mood for BBQ, this is a good choice
