Went here for lunch. It’s a nice, cozy, small place for authentic Mediterranean food. Had the lamb and shawarma combo. It was delicious, make sure you get the sauces. Very nice owner with an awesome family and welcoming atmosphere.

Not a place you go for the ambiance, but DEFINITELY the place you go for the BEST falafel! Haven’t had that tasty of a falafel sandwich since my favorite place in Chicago closed down 30 years ago. Do not miss a stop here. The baba ganouj is excellent as well!

Friendly shop… food was awesome.. I felt like a treasure in an ocean… it’s halal, when I asked them there is no certificate the lady was kind enough to bring the big box of carton which had HALAL stamp on it. Would defined recommend everyone. Garlic French fries. Chicken kebab, lamb kebab there special burgers… everything was made with love.. so tasty so delicious.. can’t wait to go again..

Love this casual falafel place!
We stopped by for a late lunch and glad it was open. We got the veggie combo plate and chose falafel, tabbouleh, dolma, and sauteed veggies. The falafel is BOMB! We have a favorite place in South Bay and this is equally tops my favorite in Nor Cal. The color inside isn’t as bright green as other places but the flavor is more focused on the beans/peas!
We also got the chicken shawarma and it was good but I really like the falafel.

Wedding catering from Falafel of Santa Cruz was absolutely incredible! A lot of people told us that no one remembers the food from a wedding. They were wrong. We are so glad we took our time to choose Sam and the Falafel team, our guests made so many comments about the food afterward, it was such a hit.
Working with Sam was very easy and he had an amazing menu picked out for us in no time that covered all of our guests needs from meat eaters to vegetarians and vegans.
Cheese pies and stuffed dates as appetizers and unbelievably tender and flavorful filet mignon and chicken kababs were accompanied by at least 10 different sides that delighted us and our guests.
Sam and his team arrived early which relieved stress from the coordinator and were amazing from start to finish. Attentive, friendly, and knowledgable about the food — they guided our guests through the extensive and exotic spread, keeping everything full, tidy, and looking great til the end. And even packed up leftovers for us to have at our hotel after!

The gyro we got tasted pretty good. Didn’t try anything else. The inside is dated. Sits at the corner of the four way intersection. Good people/traffic watching.
