We LOVE Costa Vida and this location has been my husband’s and my favorite place for a quick and delicious dinner out for years (we even take the toll road to get there)! Naomi, Daniella, Beniel, Freddy, Luz… and all of the staff over the years are personable and professional. They check in on our family members, remember our preferred dishes and how we like them made, and smile and wave as we leave the counter to eat. They feel like family and the food is delicious! The food is amazing and the student deal on the burrito I mean cmon I could eat there everyday of the week, customer service is so great the younger lady with the glasses working the register is so nice and always helps me out as some times I need help getting my plate to my table due to my being on crutches. The 2 awesome ladies that are always there usually working most weekdays around lunch time on the black stove and the toppings, I forget their names but they remember mine! They have my order ready to go as soon as they see my face, always make good conversation and very friendly. Seriously some of the nicest ladies I know!

I’ve been eating at this restaurant on the regular over the last several years. The food is always fresh and the staff is always super friendly and hard working. They do a great job of getting your order and getting you through the line as quickly as possible. Even when it is super busy, I’ve never had to wait very long. I highly recommend eating here especially if you need to get in and get out for a quick meal.

They always greet me by name and have my order memorized. They’re very sweet and give great customer service! I went in today with my daughter to get some tacos for our lunch and the lady on the line messed up my order again! She seems to have a hard time understanding me even when I’ve repeated myself, I order shrimp and she made me sweet pork as my daughter does not eat pork I let them know it was wrong and this other girl helped me get a new order without a needed to say it twice. Please provide better training with costumer service.

I wanted 2 a la carte tacos and they asked me if I wanted beans. I said yes, refried because I thought they were going on the tacos. Nope they were on the side, and when I paid the bill it was $10. 2. A la carte tacos was supposed to be $2.50 each, but they charged me for a meal because of the beans. Ridiculous. Asked cashier and she said “you got beans” rudely. I do not recommend going here, they scam you.

Always ask if they have the deserts before you pay, been here 3 times over the last year because the food is really good, but all 3 times they didn’t have what I asked for. First two times they gave a substitute, last time they didn’t have anything else, and nobody in store could issue a refund. At this point probably not going again.
