Online order. Everything was just horrible. The pasta was cold and rubbery. It looked and tasted like it was made yesterday. The chicken was burned. The sandwich bread was misaligned and was left and cut that way. Everything but the lava cakes were ice cold. Horrible horrible food. Every single time I order a pizza with more than two toppings I only get a pizza with two toppings. Tired of credits make the pizza right the first time. Read the screen, comprehend what it says then make the pizza correctly why is this a difficult concept? So sick of having to complain!! Do better who manages this place? Why is there never many toppings on any of their pizza!? I ordered a sausage mushroom and olive pizza and there was 4 pieces of sausage for the entire pizza. Taste is good but quality isn’t there.

More and more, I’m genuinely impressed with Domino’s. I know these jobs don’t always pay a lot, but the employees consistently work incredibly hard. Every time I visit, they’re fast, friendly, and on top of things.

Our pizzas were made perfectly this time hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. We got a great deal using the available coupons, and ordering through the app was super convenient. By the time we arrived, the pizzas were nearly ready. The whole process has just gotten smoother and more efficient over time.

I also really appreciate the level of customization now available in the app. Being able to remove the garlic seasoning (which can bother some people’s digestion) or add extra sauce is a thoughtful option that goes a long way.

My only small complaint is about the toppings: when I select “extra tomatoes,” I actually want extra tomatoes. That detail still seems to get overlooked a bit. But otherwise? Everything was spot-on and phenomenal.

The employee’s don’t care anymore. Every order is wrong somehow, requiring 2 trips to the store and the cut is all cockeyed. The quantity of meat is ridiculous and corporate should be shot for that! My sausage pizza had a total of 5 pieces of sausage and the cheese was so thin that my pizza was more like a frozen pizza. Very disappointed! Even Little Caesar’s better now.

We had ordered 2 pizzas. I would say both were tasty.
But they made a BLUNDER.

We reached quite late, and were too hungry. Had order 2 veg pizzas but they added chicken to one of them. When we told them, lady there told me they can remake it but after the orders she already had, whereas our order was there prior to others. We chose to wait as we didn’t had any other option.
When the gave me the new pizza, it came out to be a pepperoni pizza. When asked for the same they said oh your pizza is still in the oven.
What if we would have left the place without checking the pizza.

Disheartening experience. Two stars are just for the taste of the food.

Ordered boneless wings, didn’t tell me they don’t have them, all drumsticks thanks, my dogs loved them. Didn’t even give us sauce for our wings, didn’t even ask. First and last time. I’m sure it would be different if they had to pay for it. Thanks for nothing

I’ve been disappointed by dominos before. But I went back. There’s a couple of things I like no other place has. But the people, the staff can make or break you. The manager needs to grow up and get some serious management training. Start with basic customer service. I know twelve year olds with much better customer service skills than Kyle. Never hang up on a customer that asks you for your supervisor s information or your corporate information. If someone is going to complain provide that information to them and admit your mistakes to your boss. Because its usually worse if you don’t and they find out this way. When you consistently close delivery orders prior to the actual delivery it affects a lot of entities. The reason this is done is to fudge your statistics and hide something from your corporate office and possibly your regional office. It may also financially benefit a few individuals and possibly the franchise itself.

My next correspondence is to your corporate office. It would have been better for you if you had given me their contact information rather than making me research it on my own. But the people I found seem like better contacts to complain to than your corporate office.
