I had a great experience at this Chipotle location thanks to Quanta, who was excellent at customer service. Even though it was pretty busy, she was handling the line efficiently and getting everyone out of there quickly.
However, the counter was noticeably dirty, and it was clear that Quanta needed more help. The rest of the team could have stepped in to assist her with keeping the line organized and restocking items. While she did an amazing job under the circumstances, a little more support from her team would have made the overall experience even better.

I wanna like Chipotle, I really do, but I can only stand it when they have the Carne Asada (which has been removed from the menu at time of writing). Their standard steak is usually mostly inedible fatty chunks or dry as leather, which is unacceptable for how much they charge for it. Their rice has a propensity to be tough or sometimes crunchy, and they never seem to manage demand very well. The amount of time I’ve come in and they tell me I have to wait because something is empty is just painful.
It’s so hard to find fast food that isn’t fried, so I really want to give Chipotle a better review, but removing the only decent protein option + issues with other food being overcooked, burnt, or crunchy just makes it hard. At least their staff is usually pretty nice.

I made the company aware that on a recent visit I witnessed a worker prepare food and handle the cash register for 6 separate orders in front of me. I emailed the area manager twice about it and she never responded. Stay away if you dont want to eat cross-contaminated food.

I love Chipotle -and know this is a good location being close to the strip but not crowded. But this one was a little disappointing because of state of the dining tables and floor. It just wasn’t too clean in the dining area, maybe there were just too many people, but it wasn’t that busy when I was there. It does have very easy parking and the food was good as always, the price is the same as every other Chipotle maybe I just hit them on a bad day, but it has caused me to choose other places instead of this location.

If I could give this location NEGATIVE stars I would ♀️ first of all the two Mexican girls working in the front are VERY rude and impolite. Horrible service and nothing was ready to be served they were basically out of everything. The only reason I left with a smile was because of the cashier Jannie I believe her name was she was so sweet and helpful! I asked the girl on the second station if they had any vinaigrette and she said “don’t know” didn’t even look at me either and once I was checking out with Jannie she said “I heard you wanted vinaigrette” I said yesss do you guys have some by any chance she said “yes ofc it’s free with every purchase” she was SO SO SWEET she needs a raise!! Everyone seemed so miserable and rude working there except for her!!

I’m amazed this place has not only stayed open but is thriving like it plans to stick around for another twenty-odd years. It’s a beautiful thing. If you’re a Chipotle steak owner or you got lucky and were born into the Chipotle family; coming out of the womb all wet and gross while clenching onto one of their newborn sized afterbirths Chipotle affectionately calls s wet burrito.

$3.00 for a small coke bottle. I haven’t been to chipotle in a while. Well I realize why! Y’all cutting me short! My chicken bowl barley had any chicken. Like $9.40 for lettuce and rice and beans and some veggies. If I wanted a veggie bowl I would have ordered a veggie bowl!!! Any who not happy with the quantity! If I’m paying 10.00 bucks for a chicken bowl please give me some more chicken!
