Your spicy chicken patty was 60% the size of your small bun. Like the quantity of 3 of your chicken nuggets? No wonder chicken is on sale for 1.99 with another purchase? How can you sell a chicken “sandwich” with a chicken breast that small? What happened to your quality control, or no wonder you have chicken “breasts” you need to put on sale?
You got me again with a special offer: leave me waiting for 13 minutes in your drive through because you cannot find my mobile order through your app? Said I ordered for walk-in, yet my receipt says drive through? Just terrible service at this Wendy’s. Over and over telling me I didn’t have an order. Wendy’s has really lost a step and is way overcharging for what you deliver. 2/24/2026

I went through the drive through tonight with my 5 & 6 year old and the employee had my girls giggling the whole time with his voice impressions! They couldn’t stop talking about it. Love when people go the extra mile to make a good experience for customers. Also the fries were piping hot just like we like them!

Walked in waited for maybe 5 minutes before any employee was in sight one employee came walking from the back you could hear him say in his headset “there a lot of people up here” (it was us 4). Then 2 more males came walking up cleaning their mouths from eating whatever that’s fine everybody eats. The man with colored hair then proceeded to tell us the lobby closes in 1 minute (it was 8:59 pm) he could take our order but it would be to go. Aside from us waiting just for them to say we can’t eat there the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. You can tell that lobby hasn’t bean cleaned in hours.

Only giving 1 star so that I can leave a review. Our actual opinion is 0 stars. The drive thru is always extremely slow. So today my husband tried to go inside to order instead. No line inside, no one waiting on an order. My husband was standing at the counter, waiting, and politely asked if he could order. A woman told him no because they were already working on 3 orders. This Wendy’s is always understaffed and is under extremely poor management.

The service was ok its a fast food restraint but where it is located i kind of expected more. The food was not as good as the ones in riverdale or ogden. The inside was clean, ut like I said it is fast food a quick bite and your out. Over all it is a mediocre restraint. Quit over cooking the burgers. Sorry

Placed a Mobile pickup order. I sent my son inside to pickup with the order name because I have back pain. The “manager”Jim, refused to give it to him. I had to park and come in. When I told him the name and reached for the order. He pulled it away and refused to give it to me until I could show him the app. Luckily I brought my phone with me, otherwise that would mean returning to my car to retrieve it. I understand security is tight, but when a 10 year old boy comes in with the name on the order, it’s highly unlikely he knows the name in advance to come in by himself, and ask the manager directly for the order just to steal it. Common sense should be a requirement to work customer service and if he’s truly a manager. He certainly has no business being one.

The Wendy’s in Farmington Utah is our absolute favorite out of any other one we have been to. We are from Denver and it has all ours beat by a mile and mi a half. The meat is so fresh here. Its always hot and fresh and the service is always superb. We have family here, so we always eat here when in town. Thanks guys!

Terrible experience. We ordered a baked potato and it was raw on the middle and the side was bruised and rotten. The fries were old, mealy and inedible, and the bacon on our burger wasn’t cooked at all to the point where we’re concerned about food poisoning. On top of this, we waited for more than 20 minutes only to not be able to eat our food. DO NOT GO HERE.

Stopped by there this evening on way home from airport. Worst customer service. Started drive thru with there are only 2 of us here so if you have a big order we can’t help you. That should have been my queue. Ordered and everything was cold and you could tell it had been cooked a while ago.

Their soda machine emits a mildew stench, I wouldn’t trust their tap. Their dead bugs collecting dust in the lobby, Puke puddles at the garbage reminded me how classy this franchise is ♀️
