I’ve lived in Independence for over 10 years. This has always been my favorite fast food restaurant in town. Their customer service has consistently been above and beyond, and I’ve never once had any food from them that wasn’t on point. Their prices are reasonable, too! I am so thankful for Arby’s! Shout out to Safiyra for her kindness and professionalism!!!

Long wait to pick up order ahead just now. Waited 15 minutes got the food and the damn rostbeef and cheddar had no cheddar. What is the point. Food is cold, no cheese, got the wrong drink. Simply so disappointed this time.

Their business model is poor at best. I placed my order. An older lady placed her order, and there was also another customer waiting on their order. A gentleman pulled up walks in and looks on his phone and ask if his order is ready. No but we can get right on it, therefore, putting three orders on hold for him. Nobody’s more important than the other customers!
Then, they gave my order to someone else. The lovely lady said, I did not order fries. The employee looked and said, oh, there was another order in front of you. She then took fries out of the bag and told her she was good.
Maybe that’s the way the employee was trained, but I’m guessing not.
