I had lunch with a friend. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken always has good flavor and is a healthier choice than the fried version, which I love too. The fries were hot and salted and we were given enough ketchup for our needs. Afterwards, we both had the peach milkshake. It comes with whipped cream and a cherry. Not a lot of flavor, and no cut up fruit or anything. Still, it was good. Too thick to suck through the straw.

I understand the weather was supposed to be not great but they only put a sign on drive through speaker so no one could see it until you get there and they let at least 10 people wait in drive thru for over 20 mins then when it got our turn it was 6:58 but the guy in front didn’t pull up enough so I could order. They told me I couldn’t order at 7:01 and didn’t come out and tell anyone that they were cutting off drive thru ridiculous customer service and they never get mobile orders right either.

No slaw, smallest tenders possible, definitely wanted traditional wings instead of boneless and…… EVERY single time I wait till the next visit to mention them forgetting my sauce they make it right by replacing what they didn’t give me last time followed by making it wrong all over again by not giving me the sauces for the current meal. Absolutely lost my business for good. I’m going to Popeyes!

Straight out rude wouldn’t let us finish our order. Couldn’t get drinks right. Got 6 different meals and received 1 sauce for all. Not each. Asked for more they got attitude. Worker smelled like weed. Who ever in charge of cleaning doesn’t do a good job at all. This is all from past Year. 3 different trips. Won’t be anymore

Absolutely terrible. Workers have zero sense of urgency and horrible manners. Placed order and waited and waited for name to be called for food pickup. Stood nearby the counter to wait for food like always and seen my order sitting on the ledge. Tried to be nice and thought the lady would give my food to me, but after 10 minutes went by and my food was cold I politely asked her if I could get my food that was right behind her and she rudely said “no” that I would have to wait until she took everyone’s order that was in line. I told her the food was undoubtedly cold now and asked her to turn around and hand it to me and she again said no. I demanded my food after this and said I didn’t pay for cold food and she said you’ll have to speak to a manager. I said get the manager! The manager walked out after a few minutes and I told her that I had now been waiting more than 15 minutes for food that has been sitting there ready to go and the cashier refused to hand me the food. The manager told her to get the tray and hand it to me, she reluctantly turned around and reached the tray finally. Even the manager didn’t apologize. I will never come back to this restaurant.
